Came to pick up a DoorDash order, arrived on time (a little early), and entered the walk up area. No one came to the window, I knocked at the window a few times, no one came. Finally, after probably 10 minutes a lady came to the window, she wasn't friendly AT ALL and there was another man working as well. No one was in the parking lot, no one in the drive through, obviously NOT busy. Once the order was finally made, that wasn't even started until they finally came to the window, it took quite some time to get the actual order. If it wasn't my last delivery for the night, I would have just left. Many other reviews are claiming the same thing, I think you've got a problem at this location.

I left two stars because my fries and vanilla milkshake are good. Even though the salted caramel is what I ordered…what I got vs what I ordered. Not equal. 👀 this is the double cheeseburger burger classic. This must be the BBL after surgery photo that yall have. 👀😂😂😂😂

Every now and then you must have a Big Buford. This is the place to get one. It can be be difficult late night as they sit on w117th after hours restaurant row... but they have always fit the bill. Perhaps you must pull through to the parking lot to wait for your order completion, but damn if those fries aren't hot 🔥.

I entered this location today (10/16) to grab some lunch with a coworker. We walked into the small waiting area and made eye contact several times with the female behind the counter. Yet she did not come up to the window to take our order. She continued talking. Also, there were dead bugs smashed on the wall above the window where you place your order. And live bugs flying around in the lobby as well. I ended up walking next-door to McDonald’s. Terrible experience I will never eat at rallies again in my life because of this.

I was just here to get dinner for myself. The girl that took my order was super rude. I pulled up after placing my order. She just put her hand out for my payment. Then after paying for my food. Asked me to pull to the other side of the building to want on my food. No big deal. But I’m the only person there. And then I had to wait almost 15 mins for a 3 piece chicken finger meal. After almost 20 years I’ll never go back to this place. Rally’s, DO BETTER.

They had everyone wait for so long. We have been waiting for 30 minutes for our food and still have not gotten it yet. We’re still waiting as we speak and I’m writing this review because this is absolutely horrible. They need to hire more people.
This is gonna be another review. I love rallies, but this place does not care about their customers. I have old meat. It’s cold. The picture says it by itself. This is the number three. It’s disgusting. I’m very ashamed to say that Rally is supposed to be one of the top-of-the-line food chains and it’s absolutely not it’s proven to be not Garbage. I ordered and within five minutes I got my meal not even you can definitely tell that’s not fresh meat
