People working there are really rude. I love Rally's but I definitely will never go to the 150th one again.

I didn't think they were open because there wasn't a single car in the parking lot.. there was someone I figured this out when the drive through speaker was like someone yelling in my ear and I ordered a chicken sandwich without tomato and got a HAMBURGER with tomato. Didn't get my honey mustard for my fries and there was ice in my drink when I said no ice. NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD AN ORDER MADE FOR ME SO WRONG.

January 25, 2025 at 2:04 am i order #2 chicken bite & fries boxes and ask for my order to be made fresh to order the 3 people who work the night shift this late night early morning, one caucasian lady with a nasty disposition standing in that window, a heavy breaded caucasian guy who i assume made my food and a caucasian man who i assume name Joshua is on my receipt took my food back from me when i told him that it wasn’t made fresh to order like i asked, i’m more then for sure they dump the food in the bag i complained about not being fresh back into the hot oil to give a false impression that it was cooked to order which it wasn’t, and handed it back to me fairly quickly i left without a word the 2nd time becus i don’t have the time or energy to go off on these people. this is the 3rd issue i’ve had with this specific location and i never said anything up until now. start over and get RID of that staff yall call fast food professionals and cooks. ima race the engine becus i’m know i’m not the only one they keep doing dirty. what a way to start off the new year awful and pathetic.

Tried to tell manager she forgot a bag of food and ended up locking window on me. Attempted to speak to other employee and was told they were going to call cops for me telling them they forgot a whole bag of food and sauces. Employee shaking while trying to get information from me and manager locked the window. Said they made both bags. I only received 1. She was rude when I attempted to speak civilly to her and the food runner. How does $50 of food fit in 1 bag we received. Also didn’t give us a receipt. Worst experience at rally’s ever. Very ghetto. Very unprofessional from the manager side.

Waited 40 minutes for a doordash order, they gave 3 other drivers their order, 15-20 cars been through the drive thru. She got mad probably cause I asked for an update after 30 minand said a little commincation goes a long way. Probably just miserable folk. I've done 3000 deliveries I know when somethin isn't right

The entire order was made wrong. Pickles and onions on both sandwiches when it was ordered with none. No cheese on a cheeseburger. The fries were ice cold. I tried to call to talk to the manager. No answer. I came back up to the store and the employees tried to say that they didn't make the order when we had 3 different receipts including the one stapled to the nag. Chose a different rallys.

I rarely buy fast food anywhere. When I do, this is the place I go. The have excellent service, the food is always as expected, and I love their shakes!

First time I have had Ralleys in years and what a huge mistake it was.... over cooked hockey puck with no flavor.. even the loaded fries were over cook and old. Makes me afraid to try ANYTHING else..

We're here all the time and the manager's always very sweet and every employee there is always very amazing. They've never really given us a bad experience even on our worst days they're they're always really great. Keep up the good job guys
