Terrible customer service, they even charge me for things that I did not order, but put them in my bag. And the Manager got an attitude about it when I had to drive all the way back to the Rally's on East 105th and St Clair Avenue Cleveland Ohio to explain about what happened with my order. The Manager's attitude was so poor about the situation. She said they would redo the order, I told her no. I felt like someone would put something foreign in it. I remained calm and just asked for my money back which she reluctantly returned. I live on the Southeast side of Cleveland, Ohio the Rally's restaurant is located on the northeast side of Cleveland, Ohio. I should have been the one who should have been upset, after driving all the way across town and opening my bag and discovering the order was wrong and having to drive all the way back, but I was not. I just wanted what I ordered, not what someone wanted me to have. Next time I will wait until I get back to the southeast side of town, to the East 116th Street and Buckeye Avenue Rally's. Where I once worked many years ago. After all they still know a thing about customer service!!!!

Their inside is not open so you have to go to the other drive through lane the one they use for delivery people it take forever for the cars to get moving also feels really unsafe having to be in a lane with cars just to order they move extremely slow I was waiting 10-15 minutes just to order which is horrible, in the end I just left because I was still waiting to order, there is a McDonald's across the street that has better faster and safer service than this place

This place has become terrible. Not selling $4.00 meal deals because they were out of pies. Employee would not change drink to medium she stated that she can't remove the item,they can only add on. Which I knew was a lie. So I pulled off and went across the street. I rather spend my money at McDonald's where I will receive excellent customer service and if I need to adjust my order I would be able to do so, without a empolyee forcing me to pay for something I dont want. This place needs better management. That's where it starts!!

Food on this side is horrible the workers burn the food throw a lot of ketchup and mayo on yo sandwich fries are always old and hard won't ever be back here so it's February 18th and all I get is an apology and the owner asked to come back why would I come back to this location and I'm 31 this is an on going thing in Cleveland you all hire the wrong people and think we are going to keep spending our money I will not and I hope somebody sue you all for poisoning them with old food I don't want your apology so better before Cleveland act like Cleveland on yo place of business.
Spent $35 on four combos everything was hard and old then they never answered the phone for the complaint. Terrible

Waited 25 mins in the line and the speaker to order from was not working. Got to the window and they said it would be 6mins just for a chicken mother clucker and a fry. It took them 15 mins and they did not say a single word when they handed it to me yet alone "sorry for the wait". The chicken was burnt and they forgot the tomato. Absolutely disgusted by the sandwich and lack of customer service. Absolutely not worth $10.
