I often stop by on my way to work.And I only ever order grilled chicken sandwiches plain. I am super happy that this facility has a healthier option for people. I know it takes extra time to make those grilled sandwiches.And every time I drive through which is often, they are super friendly, amazing and very, very pleasant. Their customer service is beyond great! They always bring it out to the car.While I wait and they always apologize for the wait.And I don't mind waiting at all.I tell them that every time thank you for being a great restaurant and a great customer service representative! Only place open late if you are near downtown. We were near hear for a visit to Cleveland Clinic the next day. It was this place or a longer drive away to other fast food places and it was late when we got here. The young man working was working hard and being as quick as he could.
Note* don’t order wings. They take awhile to get. They tasted fine when we got them.
Beware the neighborhood is really rough. Would I go here again? No. I would make the drive out to the other fast food places.

It was a bit slow. The adjacent Mc-burger joint had some rowdy folks creating a disturbance. Waited a solid 10 minutes behind 2 cars. Got a little nervous waiting while the fighting was escalating next door.

Food didnt have half of what it should have on it (toppings and whatnot), bought an order of onion fries and got (6) whole petals! Didn't even fill the little container.

This is by far the worst rally’s in the history of rally’s. We got to the drive thru at 12:30 and waited 20 minutes and nobody answered the car in front of us. We drove to the window and the guy took our order. He never bothered to acknowledge the two cars waiting at the microphone waiting to order. He assured us that he would bring our order out to the parking lot when it was ready. After waiting another 35 minutes we went to the window and found our order just sitting there and part of the order was never cooked. It looked like everyone inside was high.

Went to Rallys for lunch. Fought with their computer while ordering. Burger was gooey and bland. Fish was hard, and tasted like it was hours old. Forgot ketchup.

The chilli dogs were room temperature, not sure how that happened but I did like them. Someone said they got sick after eating rallys on brookpark so I came to this one. I didn't get sick. I added melted cheese to my chilli dogs. I would come back here.
