They where very rude they forgot a sandwich so I drove back the ladie got a attitude and accused us of getting the burger and slammed the window. So needless to say will never go here again. Payed 8 dollars for a sandwich that we never got.

Terrible order through uber eats they kept telling the drivers there were close at 7PM I waited a nice amount of time five people tried picking this order and i still didn't get my order and still gotta wait on my refund when i order my food or anybody else in that matter shouldn't have to go through this because people in the restaurant don't want to do there job

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST RALLYS/CHECKERS I’ve been to. I ordered ahead for time sake. Pulled up to the drive thu and conveniently they have a specific line for pick up/order ahead. That doesn’t matter tho. employees were flirting with customers that are sitting outside from the window. That cause me to wait 13 min at the serving window for my $4 order. So what did I do? I donated my order to one of the kids and told them it’s all their whenever it’s ready. Then I left, without knowing if the was done or no refund because the app doesn’t offer one. SMH I do not recommend

I didn't like me experience. After my purchase I was due $4.22 in change but I was given $4.20. When I pointed out that I was shorted 2 cents I was informed that they had no pennies. The lady had a bad attitude because I asked for all my change that was due to me. You have to give customers all change due yi them. For them to say they have no pennies is ridiculous. It can add up to a tidy sum if Rallys does this to customers all day. Is this company policy to cheat customers from their correct change? I wouldn't be surprised. Please hire competent workers. Rally's ain't all that anyway so I won't be going back. Being ripped off is a turn off.
