ABSOLUTELY THE WORST RALLYS/CHECKERS I’ve been to. I ordered ahead for time sake. Pulled up to the drive thu and conveniently they have a specific line for pick up/order ahead. That doesn’t matter tho. employees were flirting with customers that are sitting outside from the window. That cause me to wait 13 min at the serving window for my $4 order. So what did I do? I donated my order to one of the kids and told them it’s all their whenever it’s ready. Then I left, without knowing if the was done or no refund because the app doesn’t offer one. SMH I do not recommend

I didn't like me experience. After my purchase I was due $4.22 in change but I was given $4.20. When I pointed out that I was shorted 2 cents I was informed that they had no pennies. The lady had a bad attitude because I asked for all my change that was due to me. You have to give customers all change due yi them. For them to say they have no pennies is ridiculous. It can add up to a tidy sum if Rallys does this to customers all day. Is this company policy to cheat customers from their correct change? I wouldn't be surprised. Please hire competent workers. Rally's ain't all that anyway so I won't be going back. Being ripped off is a turn off.

Showed up at 2:45pm on a Wednesday to try Rallys for the first time, no one answered the drive through and no one was at the window despite signs saying open. Can't rate the food, wasn't able to get any. Very disappointed though.

They got half the order cold, despite ordering everything at the same time. After bringing it to their attention, the replacement was still cold.

When I ordered at the box her tone was disrespectful it’s sounded like she wanted me to leave because “she was the only person there” charge for the wrong thing & all my food was at the bottom of the bag which was fries a nuggets this was an overall terrible experience & I wouldn’t advise anyone to go here

Terrible experience missing multiple items did 5 for 5 deals only got 4 items each asked for plain burgers got full loaded burgers even tho one of us is allergic. Never coming here again and never going to any rally's ever

Whelp, the one employee that has demonstrated impeccable customer service skills time after time, wasn't there that day. I could definitely tell the difference in the "I don't like my job" demeanor the drive-thru window clerk portrayed. Her lack of friendliness & personality is why I hadn't been back since. If you're gonna be in the food service industry, you need to learn & develop hospitality skills when dealing with customers.

Customer service just dosent exist anymore. They were not the friendliest and my food wasn't fresh and the fresh really made me upset. I will NOT be back. ???
