I didn't like me experience. After my purchase I was due $4.22 in change but I was given $4.20. When I pointed out that I was shorted 2 cents I was informed that they had no pennies. The lady had a bad attitude because I asked for all my change that was due to me. You have to give customers all change due yi them. For them to say they have no pennies is ridiculous. It can add up to a tidy sum if Rallys does this to customers all day. Is this company policy to cheat customers from their correct change? I wouldn't be surprised. Please hire competent workers. Rally's ain't all that anyway so I won't be going back. Being ripped off is a turn off.

When I ordered at the box her tone was disrespectful it’s sounded like she wanted me to leave because “she was the only person there” charge for the wrong thing & all my food was at the bottom of the bag which was fries a nuggets this was an overall terrible experience & I wouldn’t advise anyone to go here

Whelp, the one employee that has demonstrated impeccable customer service skills time after time, wasn't there that day. I could definitely tell the difference in the "I don't like my job" demeanor the drive-thru window clerk portrayed. Her lack of friendliness & personality is why I hadn't been back since. If you're gonna be in the food service industry, you need to learn & develop hospitality skills when dealing with customers.

Didn’t get greeted at the microphone nor when I was at the window but the old lady that just puts her hand out. But of course i! this area and the “type” of people (you guys can understand what I’m implying) you have working why would anything the service food and atmosphere be good. Imagine a rally’s in pepper pike with those “type” of people working that store would have 6 stars. But of course these type of people that work at these locations in the inner city can care less. Save your money and drive to a less “darker” neighborhood.

Food was unbearable to consume. Fries look like someone stepped on them they were mushy flat and super greasy. One side of my burger was burnt the other side was barely cooked. They cooked only one side of the burger and didn’t bother to flip the other side to cook. Chicken bites were cold nasty and airy. Total waste threw it out to the birds. Smh worst Rally’s in Cleveland!!

I ordered a few items for delivery from this store. Chicken, fries and a couple regular cheeseburgers. My cheeseburger was so hard, you could literally hit it against the counter and it would knock back, not even crumble. You can tell it was sitting there for more than just a few minutes. Luckily, I got my money back for it, but it just sucks ?
