I usually go on my way home from work on the late night side. A guy woman give me great service and it's good to know people when you go through there like a gas station they get to know their customers. Really nice people and I'm new to Cleveland so thumbs up to them.
If they say your card doesnt work check your account before giving cash. She said my card didnt work so I paid cash. I checked my account and the money was taken out of mt account. They wouldnt give back the cash.

i really wish there wasnt a robot taking the orders and that it doesnt repeat the order back or have a screen so you can see if the order is correct.

Layout of this place is completely foolish they have a dumpster right at the drive thru and if its left open you cant get a car thru and the mobile pick up is very ignorant its puts you on the opposite side of the window so you either have to get out and walk to the window or lean all the way to the passenger side to get the order completely foolish and they get a ai operating the drive thru which is completely lazy and its voice recognition is terrible and the walk up they take forever to either tell you to go to the mobile order window or just plainly taking your order
