Everything was great! Amazing vanilla shake as well as great customer service! The only complaint is that the drive-thru automated voice is really weird. Definitely make it a real person in the future otherwise you might end up scaring some children. Don't worry I give this critique out of love!

We went for a walk super late and got rejected from many food places, rallys was the only place that let us in. Jadari was amazing and kind woth helping us. Amazing milkshakes.

This place would be much better once the whole staff UNDERSTANDS yall are open until FOUR OR FIVE AM it’s no reason yall cant and dont have fresh hot food and the fact that I have to wait on my food and it’s still not hot is what’s even worse don’t freaking pull me to the parking lot and have an attitude because u have to walk and bring me my phone and stop putting stuff in my bag with my fry’s it’s nasty

If I could leave a zero star review I would. I should have known that nobody was in line in the middle of lunch time for a reason. After waiting 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged at the window, I was overcharged. After they corrected the charge, my food came out cold, and the cheese was literally fresh from the fridge. Not only not melted, cold! Absolutely embarrassing establishment

Fast food Great battery french fries and burgers not memorable Service is quick and friendly drive thru only
Not a bad place to eat. Was given no napkins and the burgers didn't get loaded like the pictures advertised but it was still pretty good.

FOOD WAS TERRIBLE!!!! Never will be visiting this place again! I had a random craving for Rallys fries end up ordering a combo and it was such a waste of money!! I literally forced myself to eat the burgers because I was hungry! Food was not fresh at all I'm pretty sure I will have food poisoning tomorrow 🤦🏾♀️😒😬
