Pulled up to the drive thru at 11 pm on the dot. Ordered, then pulled up to the window. Sat at the window for 15 minutes before someone even opened the window. Took about 3 minutes to get my card back after I gave it to pay, which was suspicious. After that it was another 10 minutes for our food. At the time we were the only ones at the drove thru. While the window was open, I could hear loud laughing and cursing from inside the store. When our food was finally handed to us, the person at the window was still laughing about something. Overall very unprofessional service. Giving 2 stars cause the food came out hot and tasted good.

Food was hot & fresh. Robotic order taking with no human assistance. Slightly annoying. We always love Rally's though. Biggest negative is they dont offer the chicken bites box anymore. Still have good options. The fry seasoned chicken tenders were good. But as we all know, Rallys hands down has the best fries.

drove to three different rally’s in two different cities and finally found one with a working milkshake machine :)) i was craving the banana shake so bad and after telling them i had came so far for the shake i got a free small one on the side of my order :D!! they definitely know how to run this rally’s and the chicken sandwiches were also fresh and yummy :)
Donovan I believe his name was working drive thru. He was nice and kind. Very courteous. Not allot of workers in fast food have smiles on their face, but he does. He seems to enjoy his job.

The manager at this location asked if I wanted to upside for a dollar they still couldn't do there jobs properly and give me what I ordered let alone waited 15 minutes because the owner would rather hire idiots that dislike work !!!
