only 2 people working well should be working at least 6 cars waiting for food, female worker on her cell phone having a conversation other worker walking around in slippers place was disgusting went in after I was missing food and other food was thrown in the bag not even wrapped I didn't even want the missing food or the other stuff remade it was so gross inside female employee very rude and disrespectful

Just got two Philly cheese steak burgers that I couldn't eat. Buns were stale, and there was hardly any product other than cheese and mayo on the bun....really poor execution. I've never had "onions" with such resiliency either..really poor.

This rally’s location is absolutely terrible. I’ve been coming to this location for a year now since I’ve moved to Cleveland and I’ve never once had a good experience here. The food is always old, the burgers are like rubber. It makes no sense because the customer service is always good. Don’t waste your money

This is the most horrible fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to, I left an event downtown and came here and was waiting a hour and 45 mins for 4 combo meals and they didn’t even get the order correct. I’m so annoyed but had to get on the freeway to get home because it was past 1 am by the time I got my food and I got there in line at 11:53 pm …….. This was the worst experience and there was people walking up while we was waiting asking for change ? I mean multiple people!!!!! I hated this for me and my kids ?
I work late nights, so sometimes I just want to go home, shower, and order food. I'm never upset if my food isn't super hot and crispy, that's just how it is with delivery. But damn, this place can't even manage to include all the things I've ordered. No napkins, no ketchup, no straw for my drink, no ranch dressing I paid for. Unlike other restaurants, they don't make the drink fresh or keep it cold: it's obviously SERIOUSLY watered down and melted. Even kinda cold and 45 minutes after I ordered it and finally get it, I'm not too upset because Rallys is tasty AF! But at this point, after many chances, they just don't give a crap about totally fulfilling orders, it's just bare minimum and missing stuff!
