I usually never have a problem with this rallys but 1st she didn't even give me the right change thn they didn't get my order right added cheese which I don't eat didn't give bq sauce for a chicken bite box thn realize only 7 chicken bites in there n had to wait ten minutes in parking lot

I found 2 cigarette butts in my fries tonight.im guessing the lady was mad at me for eating.i cant think of a reason that they got in there by accident.ill be going there again real soon.

Absolutely horrible service, stood in the lobby for over 15 minutes before someone even took my order. The one cook was wearing flip-flops with socks while cooking, completely. Unsanitary. Don't waste your time or money coming to this location

We waited over half an hour for our food. I don't know if staff was short or confused by 2 orders in 1 car.. Girl kept bringing out food to other ppl & asked us like 4 times what we ordered. I'll go to one on Pearl & Brookpark....

I did an online order for two unbeatable meals . Two spicy chicken sandwiches, two large fries , two large drinks . And two apple pies came in this order . It said it would be ready by 10:12 6/26/25 I told the speaker I was here for a pick up order . I watched 5-10 cars get their order before me . It is now 11:09 pm . And the employee told me to come inside to make it faster !!! Smh that was the worst experience I have ever had . It went from we are working on your order to a whole hour ??! That is crazy to me smh . I am disappointed with service . I understand it was dinner time , but I was the second car in line . And 3-5 other cars waited in the parking lot , I watched all of them receive there order , and I got there before them !!! Watched the line get filled in drive thru and still was waiting ! I get being short staffed I worked in fast food but never was it like this :( .
