Been in line for 30 minutes I have watched one employee take a cigarette break then I’m sitting at the window watching the cashier walk back and forth talking on her phone serving ppl out of the window with a phone up to her ear never acknowledging the customer the service was terrible the cashiers phone call and attitude that she had been there since the morning was more important then her customer service I guess down the way ppl only deserve down the way service

I sureeee wish i could give them a -5 star bc like eww i ordered funnel cake and it was looking soo nasty and i asked them to remake it and looks and felt like all they did was heat it up and also i oredered a shake and it was strawberry its didnt taste like that at all then i say remake it its nasty now all of a sudden they only have vanilla why didnt u tell me before ? nasty they do not need to be in business anymore its diabolical🤨 i gave it to the birds

First the girl was rude when I ask why I was being charged over $4 for a med mike shake when the menu said $2.79 each than she got mad because she wanted to keep my change saying was that ok because she didn't have change i told her no I want my change she than said some rude words and walked away over all not a good place
My dude Desmond got me together! The wings were great and not to mention that burger tasted like he put his foot in it! Lol no but all honesty this was a great experience the food was good and it was so fast and fresh

Every single time I come here it's great. I don't care if it's only two employees working, the service is fast friendly and fresh. I've left a review before and I don't mind. This particular Rally's I really enjoy. This one and the one on Broadway. Very nice to visit. We love it!!

I literally just left there the young man taking the orders was horrible he asked did I want a combo I said no but when I added a drink he got pissed I asked would it come out cheaper he started saying that's why I asked I said my guy I don't want to ruin your day asking you to do your job so he made it a combo and pull me to the other side the young lady that came to that window was a rock star very polite and present as I sat I observed rude man vaping at the window and then started touching food I run a business and my team know better than that I asked him not to prepare my fries let the young lady do it just I don't have to eat fast food I can cook in real life and this was something quick people like him the reason people don't trust fast food and he showed why please for your business sake have a conversation with him or switch the person with the good attitude to the front and make him clean up outside cause he diffently shouldn't be preparing food vaping in the building wish you all well I will not be coming back
