It was absolutely the worst Rallys I have ever had. The amount of grease on top of my loaded fry I could see my reflection in it. The big Buford I got was absolutely disgusting I couldn't even eat it and the regular fry I got tasted so bad Idk if they ever clean out their fryers but this was the worst Rallys I have ever had.
Additionally the interaction with staff was very negative. Was told to pull off to the side after paying for my order. When the guy came out to bring me my food he was dressed out of any kind of uniform. And had bad customer service skills.

I know a lot of people use reviews as an opportunity to complain, but I think it’s equally important to give kudos where they are due. I just had lunch at this location and was helped by Antonio. He was great, and professional and courteous. Very very happy with my experience. Take care of this kid,, he should go go far.

Not from the Cleveland area and sadly our local Rally’s left, so any time we see one while traveling it’s a stop on the list. It was a busy night, so of course there’s a line and it sucks because nobody wants to wait in a line. But the service from the employees was fantastic, typically fast food employees don’t put a lot of care into their work and just do the minimum required. Not this Rally’s, they were extremely kind and courteous, and actually cared about taking care of their customers. Can guarantee that any time I’m in the Cleveland area they will be a stop I’m making. Don’t settle for McDonalds or Wendy’s because they might be quicker lines, because trust me Rally’s is worth the wait!
