I know a lot of people use reviews as an opportunity to complain, but I think it’s equally important to give kudos where they are due. I just had lunch at this location and was helped by Antonio. He was great, and professional and courteous. Very very happy with my experience. Take care of this kid,, he should go go far.

Not from the Cleveland area and sadly our local Rally’s left, so any time we see one while traveling it’s a stop on the list. It was a busy night, so of course there’s a line and it sucks because nobody wants to wait in a line. But the service from the employees was fantastic, typically fast food employees don’t put a lot of care into their work and just do the minimum required. Not this Rally’s, they were extremely kind and courteous, and actually cared about taking...

My dude Desmond got me together! The wings were great and not to mention that burger tasted like he put his foot in it! Lol no but all honesty this was a great experience the food was good and it was so fast and fresh
