Went earlier and waited about an hour for a fry and a burger, they forgot my burger smh and I go back they were cold and soggy. I went back around and got yelled at with profanity, I asked for a refund and I didn’t get but instead got pubes in my burger they FORGOT, never COMING BACK EVER. Don’t come here would rank 0 stars if I could.

The food was ok, they are very slow. The drive through its a joke. Leaving the drive through and asked to park in the parking lot, until someone brings put my order. Not good customer service 😕.

They have a special needs young lady working at the front window who messes up orders and hands out the wrong change. Supervisor was too busy on the phone to correct her. Why on Earth would you put someone who can't count and doesn't know the difference between fruit punch juice and strawberry soda at the front window? If that's not bad enough, the girl put SWISS CHEESE on my burger. Who the hell puts swiss on a burger??? You guys really dropped the ball and I won't be back.

I don't eat fast food much but man am I happy I stopped today wasn't having the best day needed something quick to eat and that new general manager Lavelle he was awesome great customer service fast and friendly and the food was fresh I definitely will be coming back thank you so much
