Went at 2pm and it took 45 minutes to get 2 combos and the fries came out hot and the burgers were cold. Longest wait yet which sucks since you pay before the wait.
Horrible service every time I go to this business i have to wait 30-40 min for my food , then the food isn’t even correct or it’s old and soggy or I don’t receive my full order and what I paid for . Monday an employee argued with me about food I paid for he was saying I didn’t order that but I was charged for it . It’s ridiculous how this business treats people! Today after waiting 24min I was told it would be few minutes to take my order then 15 min later was told they are not taking anymore orders at 11:20 pm . Worse restaurant in the Slavic village area and very unprofessional everyday ! Something needs to be done at this location .

The food at this one is terrible. I can't believe the prices went up! When I ordered a double spicy chicken sandwich I bit into it once I returned to work on lunch break(30 min), the sandwich must have been at least a day, or two old, and microwaved! I simply threw it in the trash. As they change personnel I be hoping the quality of the food would get better. It hasn't! I would advise not to get anything for this location. Plus, the area around it is really trashy. Definitely, don't go in the late night hours. The workers are terrible.

The Food in my order the majority of the time is hot and fresh except sometimes they give old ? and they have you pull over to the side after taking your order and payment. The Food usually comes out after 5-15 minutes give or take. Expect an AI to take your order. If the AI is having trouble ?? a live person will intervene to confirm your order.
I can see the improvements in the restaurant within past year hope it stays consistent!!

Can’t stand going to this place I order all the time from here with mess ups because it’s the only thing by my house order same thing everytime baconzilla meal and being tired just getting off work I grabbed the bag and went home all I received was fry’s no burger last week I went an I received the burger and no fry’s I just don’t understand people if you don’t want to work get government assistance like everyone else that don’t wanna work if you can’t handle flipping burgers clearly there isn’t any hope for you most ghetto food place i get better service in the slums
