I had Rally's yesterday and my order was messed up! Took the food back in and Latoya fixed the problem with no problem! She has great customer, she's polite, kind and caring when it comes to her job! So my fiancé ordered a chili dog and I tried one and it was so good we went back today! Latoya was there again! She has such great customer service that I'm only going to this Rally's! She DEFINITELY NEEDS A RAISE!
If you want to wait 25 minutes for 2 burgers this is the restaurant for you 👍🏾👍🏾

Only 2 people working, on drive thru and one dropping food and making sandwiches. Caused long wait times. Locations like this need to close the ordering area and just focus on drive like during COVID and not make people placing there order or not open the location. That might mean losing out on money but it's asinine having, especially fast food open and only have 2 people each doing a different task. Probably won't return to this location knowing how long people have to wait and only 2 workers working.

Went at 2pm and it took 45 minutes to get 2 combos and the fries came out hot and the burgers were cold. Longest wait yet which sucks since you pay before the wait.
Horrible service every time I go to this business i have to wait 30-40 min for my food , then the food isn’t even correct or it’s old and soggy or I don’t receive my full order and what I paid for . Monday an employee argued with me about food I paid for he was saying I didn’t order that but I was charged for it . It’s ridiculous how this business treats people! Today after waiting 24min I was told it would be few minutes to take my order then 15 min later was told they are not taking anymore orders at 11:20 pm . Worse restaurant in the Slavic village area and very unprofessional everyday ! Something needs to be done at this location .
