I asked for no salt on my fries and instead of cooking me fresh fries she dropped the fries back in the grease to get the salt off them. I won't be going back to this one again.

I had Rally's yesterday and my order was messed up! Took the food back in and Latoya fixed the problem with no problem! She has great customer, she's polite, kind and caring when it comes to her job! So my fiancé ordered a chili dog and I tried one and it was so good we went back today! Latoya was there again! She has such great customer service that I'm only going to this Rally's! She DEFINITELY NEEDS A RAISE!

The Food in my order the majority of the time is hot and fresh except sometimes they give old ? and they have you pull over to the side after taking your order and payment. The Food usually comes out after 5-15 minutes give or take. Expect an AI to take your order. If the AI is having trouble ?‍? a live person will intervene to confirm your order.
