Hands down one of the best pizza experiences I’ve ever had in Cleveland! The moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome like I was a regular. They didn’t just take my order—they actually recommended their personal favorite pizza, and wow… it was next-level delicious. Perfect crust, fresh toppings, and so much flavor in every bite.
What really stood out was the people—genuine, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. It’s rare to find a spot that nails both amazing food and amazing service, but this place does it effortlessly. If you’re anywhere near downtown Cleveland, do yourself a favor and stop in. 10/10 doesn’t even do it justice.

While staying at the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge, Rascals Pizza brought pizza, antipasta salad and chicken fingers for all the Cancer patients and caregivers one night last week. Everything was delicious, and I wanted to let them know how much we all appreciated them providing this meal.

They really need to adhere to the doorDash delivery times put in by the customer. I am at work. I cannot always leave until my break. Pizza arrived at 1:48. I needed it between 2:00 and 2:20. Please check the details. if this was during the week, the DoorDash person would have waited down there for 10 to 20 minutes. Thank you

The best kept secret for outstanding pizza and wings which are consistently delicious. Service is fast with typically no wait... great food is just a phone call away, ready for pickup usually in 10-15 minutes. Great selection of menu items at a reasonable price.
Food is great. Service is great 99% of the time. Dude with the beard working late night sucks. Came in at 1:30 and asked if they were closed, the nice one said yeah so no problems there. Dude with the beard was pissy from the start and kept making closed hand motions with his hands. Takes 0 effort to just say sorry man we’re closed. Glad he doesn’t work most nights, guy is a jerk off.

Past midnight, this was the only open restaurant I could find this evening after I just finished work. The staff was extremely friendly and energetic, especially considering the time of night. Being a little brain-slowed from hunger, I messed up my own order but they made me a replacement lightning fast and didn't charge me extra. Thank you all for taking care of me.
