RED the Steakhouse Downtown

Service was not the best... when I'm paying $90 for a filet, I would expect the server to have a better attitude then again. I didn't let it ruin the evening. Guy had zero personality. Steak was top notch always is.

3 medium rare steaks all came out overcooked, had to return. Manager and and waiter apologized, new steaks served perfectly, but took a while. We were not charged and beignets were comped. We appreciated both , but the outing unfortunately was a disappointment with the overcooked steaks.

Food and service were impeccable. Best cheesecake ever! The lighting is great for ambience but with the gold background of the menu - made it slightly difficult to see the words on the menu. The lighting in the bathroom is really low. Noise level was a little high but not terrible.

Food was cold and overpriced. Service was good. Hoped it would have been a better experience.

We experienced excellent food at red steakhouse at red steakhouse. The steak was one of the best ones that I have had recently, but what was truly surprising was the quality of the other dishes. We had the pasta with meatballs and tuna with white rice cakes, both were phenomenal. Moreover, our server was very accommodating to my special dietary needs, attentive, and the service was not rushed. We took our time and enjoyed a great dinner

Our dining experience was top notch. The food was excellent as well as the portion size. Presentation I give it an A+.

Great place for dinner with friends before a show. Everything was excellent! Steak, scallops and airplane chicken amazing. Dinner rolls and olive oil dip a fave too.

We hd a terrific dinner at Reds.. While some in our party had steak, we also dined on veal and fish and both dishes were delicious. And the service (Dan was our waiter) was great

Our waiter was very sweet, professional and personable. I don't remember his name but he's been there 12 years! Seems like he loves and values his job! He even brought us some of their popular donut desserts for our anniversary and it was absolutely phenomenal and unexpected! Def worth the food cost and experience! Would go again :)

Food was awesome. They were out of the stuffed peppers, which I was telling our group they had to try, so a little disappointed. Been a while since I had a great steak at a nice restaurant so thanks for that. Dining tables are in an olen area so when packed it is quite noisy and hard to have conversations with a group. All in all a great experience

Celebrated my wife's birthday and every thing was outstanding from food, service, ambience!

Red is a high quality steakhouse. We do wish they offered smaller portions than 8 oz filets. My wife can't finish 8 oz steak and so we often split. But sometimes we aren't on the mood for the same thing.

My steak was average, not great, a little fatty. The place was very noisy and hard to hear around our table of 6. Naomi behind the bar is very personable, always a nice touch nowadays when so many people seem to hate their job.

From the amazing food to the excellent service from our particularly handsome server, we had such a great experience! Reccommended for anybody that wants the best steak in Cleveland.

Food is one word. “Awful”. Tartare is not edible as was the veal chop which was pounded too flat and burnt with over deep frying . Only decent item was the raw shrimp on the fruits de mar
