RED the Steakhouse Downtown

Jared, the Manager was extremely roof and dismissive from the moment we arrived for our reservation. The table wasn't ready and he was very unaccommodating and rude with how he handled our group. The food was very well prepared and our server Daniel did his best to make up for his rude Manager which we appreciated.

Dario was our server, and he was fantastic! I had the filet, my daughter had sirloin, and my son had spaghetti and meatballs. Everything was delicious! For dessert we had donut holes. They were so good, like mini beignets. If you are in downtown Cleveland go to Red and ask to sit in Dario's section. You will love your dining experience!

Excellent steaks and wonderful service. Front door was open to get a "flavor" of downtown as part of the ambiance but all it did was let in flies, make the place hot and let in a neighborhood kid asking to buy candy bars to support his football team. The family style sides for a restaurant of this price point was odd. Not worth it in my opinion.

The place was dead, Saturday night and only 3 tables full. Food was horrible and doesn't worth the price. I am a steak lover and by far one of the worst.

Heirloom tomato & burrata salad was so delicious and our steaks were cooked exactly as ordered. Our server even whipped up a red sangria for me.

Our dinner at Reds was great, the steak is excellent and done perfectly. We had the filet and both wanted it medium well, they asked if they could butterfly them which I was fine with. They were done perfectly ! Great taste ! Everything is extra though, even the sauce that we wanted , nothing comes with the steak which makes it quite an expensive dinner.

Food and service were great! I little noisy but the Indians game had just let out so maybe a little extra enthusiasm.

This was our first visit to Red. It did not disappoint! Our server Karen was awesome - attentive while at the same time never making us feel rushed. The filet was outstanding and the Parmesan tater tots were delicious. It was my husband's birthday and they gave us a special birthday dessert to top off an excellent meal. We would definitely dine here again.

The restaurant had great food with an assortment for everyone. I had the lamb and it was delicious. Also glad to see Bollinger on the Champagne list. 

Chef Kenny and David are great in the kitchen. The food was excellent with very nice portions. Damian was one of the best waiters ever! Very accommodating yet he did not hover over our table.

Wonderful staff starting at the front door and ending with a happy, gracious server. One of the best steaks I have ever experienced. Well done on all levels!

Delicious scallops and steak.

Our waiter was Fabulous. The food was find except the broccolini. It had chili flakes so heavy that you couldn't eat it based on the spice level. In addition it was not nearly cooked enough and the stems weren't even able to be cut

We went for my mom's 75th birthday. I put that in the reservation and immediately after being seated, Bo, the waiter, wished her a happy birthday. He was excellent and made her feel special! The food was delicious!

We had the private room upstairs to celebrate my daughter's graduation, and the experience was truly special! Food was incredible and the atmosphere was perfect!!! Thank you to Red and the awesome staff!!
