Excellent food and service. Pretty pricy in my opinion, everything is ala carte including sauces or blackening. Business model seems more fitting in the Hamptons.

I booked a reservation at Red for my wife's birthday on a co-workers recommendation. We were extremely happy with every aspect of the visit. Everything was top notch including the staff, (server Mark if I recall), the food, the drinks, you name it! It was definitely the best dinner we have ever had! We will for sure be going back for our next special occasion. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for a higher-end steakhouse. Great job, everyone at Red!

We had the opportunity to try Red The Steakhouse Cleveland location Feb 24, 2024. it was a busy saturday night downtown, but we'd made reservations for 7 people a couple of weeks earlier. Arriving even a little earlier than our reservation, we were seated, not in the bustling restaurant, but upstairs in a small "party room." It was plain with no windows or décor; just a small room with 3 circle tables and a foldable wall. we could've just as easily been in a meeting room at a best western hotel. as soon as we sat down, another party asked to be seated in a better location and were obliged. when we asked, it took a manager 15 minutes to come back to us saying they had nothing available. fine, we didn't make a fuss. 30 minutes into our reservation and we still don't have drinks. recognizing that the place was busy, we were basically ignored up in our little room. the drink order was messed up since she didn't write anything down. we only got salads served because we were able to order at the time of the drinks. but she would never come back to take a dinner order or check on us. we had to cut our losses and left to eat at the event we were headed to next because we just ran out of time at RED. In total we were there 90 minutes, but only had one round of drinks, 1 starter and a couple of salads for close to $200. This place is not fine dining. their prices say they are, but their service and lack of attention to patrons says otherwise. Either they don't care, or they're not trained properly for that level of service. Wish i could review the food, but it wasn't meant to be. There are dozens of wonderful restaurants in downtown Cleveland. Don't waste your time and money on Red The Steakhouse.

I was waiting to see if someone would call me back due to experience we had .. yes we all looked young walking in the restaurant but we are adults wanting to enjoy a night out and our anniversary. Waitress was nice but forgot few things other's were very pleasant. Wanted to try food here as we were told it was better than marble room so we decided to try it but unfortunately we weren't pleased due to the issue we had waitress never really had any explanation to use about our bill manager never came to our table to explain was not offered anything for our anniversary to them we were just kids that couldn't afford the place which they are wrong we come to Cleveland try every steakhouse and make a review. For us we rather go to Morton's or marble room way better service and they treat you well

Food is absolutely delicious, that's why we come back and will always come back. Ordered an appetizer and never got it, and wasn't on our bill, and the table next to us was loud and rude. Other than that, great experience.

Restaurant was busy. Food was just ok. Not up to normal standards. Service was slower than usual. Waitress was super slammed and that made it difficult to get drink refills or our check or get the credit card back. Final note desserts were meh. Normally desserts are amazing and super fresh. Saturday night was not the best Red. We have had much better meals. Seems that the service is lowering to the standards at Pine crest and that is a major negative. We really miss your original Beachwood location.

Took my girlfriend for our birthdays and anniversary. Food and drinks were fantastic. Our server Chase was great. He immediately gave us direction on how we should place our order so the chef could time our course service and was very helpful in answering all of our questions and providing recommendations where needed. It was well worth the price!

We were sat upstairs. Felt like I was just in a weird room a little uncomfortable very quiet. Could have used some music or something alive downstairs. The stakes were decent quality. Cook to perfection but the sides were horrible macaroni and cheese gritty could not even eat. My brussels sprouts were still hard with no flavor. The crab meat that was added to the steak for a stiff and turf was so dry completely not even worth the money. Should it came with a side of butter or at least drizzled withbutter before added. Was so excited to eat dinner here. Completely let down would never go here again, Or recommend it not worth the money.

Waiter mis-led us on specials and the pricing. What the 4 of us believed we were purchasing was a $140 steak and crab special that was for large enough to share for 2 . It ended up being a $220 plate . To make it worse, everything was luke warm at best including sides. Our server was no where to be found.

Food was ok, so many people raved about this place but it was decent at best. Service was average. It wasn't as welcoming as our experience at Morton's. We won't go back.

Customer service was great the food was great and cooked exactly how we ordered it the portion sizes are also good you really get what you pay for 10/10 will definitely be visiting again
