Horrible service and no help going over the menu and the menu is all over the place

Joined a friend for a Yelp event. The place has a cute vibe and plenty of photo op spots. The service was subpar. No one greeted us and the girl finally came to the register and was picking at her teeth while taking our order.
The ice cream and concept are good. But the bowls are way too small and it melts too fast and just drips everywhere.
The edible cookie dough was gritty and had a weird flavor and texture than others I’ve had.

GREAT ICE CREAM TREATS!! Went with my friend the other night. The service was honestly not great. They weren’t blatantly rude, but they weren’t friendly. They did not smile at us and seemed annoyed when we came in. The ice cream however, was delicious! We both ate ours super fast because they were so good. Also, needs a little maintenance, don’t look too close. You’ll find duck tape and imperfections everywhere.

Great ice cream place and cereal in ice cream is actually surprisingly good!! Highly recommend going here especially after a ballgame, you won’t be disappointed! Definitely recommend the Cleveland Shuffle for the ultimate Cleveland experience.

So I’m really on the fence about this place. It wasn’t extremely busy but they were super slow. The three young ladies working didn’t smile even when my daughter and I smiled at them (we were there later in the evening and maybe they were tired, but if that’s the case, just close earlier). It was as if they didn’t want to be there and that’s fine but remember your competition is Mitchell’s. I feel like if they made the atmosphere a little bit more friendly it would make up for the subpar, overpriced, ice cream and Cereal bowls. Cinnamon toast crunch latte was just OK for six dollars, the serving size was absolutely not worth the price. My daughter had a cookies and cream milkshake and it was nothing to write home about. I would say go here if you’re in the area and you just want ice cream With cereal in it. I definitely would not go out of my way for this place.

Best cereal based ice cream in town. I couldn't believe it would taste that good. Must try if you even like the concept of cereal based ice cream.

Found this place on TikTok so I had to go check it out! I had the 90s kid and it was so good! The ladies working were all so nice. Amazing variety on the menu with such fun combinations! Also sign on the door said woman owned business which I loved!
