Love the vibe, very earthy wholistic feel. No complaints! Great service, fast and friendly. Easy walk from Orangetheory workouts. Lots of options from smoothies, açaí bowls, coffees and more! My only complaint - the menu is on TV's black background in purple writing with lights hanging in front for a glare. It's very hard to read. I can't wait to go back and try more!

Everything was great, the juice, avocado toast with salmon, coffee. However it is very expensive. The staff was kind, welcoming, and attentive. They walked around the counter to bring the items as they were ready and very friendly.

Sad to say I won't be coming back ☹️ I asked for a number 4 and 5 juice. When I got to my car , I realized I had a number 6 and 5, so I drove back and said hey I wanted five but got six. She said that I said six. I said no I said five, I made sure because I specifically wanted the one with coffee in it. She just stared at me and said there's nothing I can do about it. I said , they aren't the same price? She said she can't exchange a juice if she already gave it to me. It is a sealed glass bottle. She did not even apologize. The number six is gross tasting and I really needed some coffee this morning. Really bummed she couldn't even apologize for the mistake.

I visit the downtown location on my lunch break. I am a creature of habit so my go to is the #3 Immunity cold pressed juice. It has apple, lemon, ginger and cayenne. I'm all about the kick so I add an extra shot of cayenne. The staff is super friendly and I've been recognized (by my order) multiple times. It's nice that someone actually noticed that I patronize both the downtown and Pinecrest locations quite often. The space is always clean and I often see people working on their laptops while enjoying a drink. The entire menu looks good and I'd suggest that people visit and find a cold pressed juice or smoothie that appeals to them!

Customer service needs attention! I spent $100 here over 2 days, and they wanted to charge $2 for a cup of ice to keep my juice cold for a long ride. Clearly don't value their customers. Both visits were awkward; I'll try one of the many other juice spots downtown.

I literally go here every day. The healthiest place to eat in cleveland. Fantastic owners, ingredients and taste. #2 or #7 smoothie, all the toasts & juices are great!! And don’t forget to get their bone broth. It’s outstanding! We’re truly lucky to have Restore in Cleveland.
