This place has all the right Puerto Rican comfort foods. Even the octopus salad with was really good. I met Sula for the very first time and she is just the warmest personality like she’s always known you. But mainly I just want you to know that the yellow rice with gandulaes was banging like the Hilton Plaza Son!!! I had her put beans on top of it and even that was good. We were greeted in a friendly manner by a wonderful young lady named Yessi (pronounced JESS-si). She assisted my mother with what the choices are. It was a nice experience, especially since I have also enjoyed the Rincon Criollo on Detroit. The service and the food alone will assure a return soon. I enjoyed my taste of Yauco!
Went yesterday. Got the artoz with gandiles, bistec, and beans on side. Those were delicious. But also got 2 relkenos de papa. 1, it was with chicken, which I wasn't told. 2 way to much potatoes n not enough chicken. Didn't like at all. No flavor
