Union-busting anti-worker establishment
Not the vibe. Place calls the cops on their customers and staff for wanting to unionize.
Had vegan banana bread and a chocolate chip cookie on this visit. Also had some vegan grab and go “bowls” available that looked tasty! Worth visiting if for no other reason than seeing the beautiful interior of the arcade!
Give your employees a safer environment to work in instead of firing them because they stuck up for themselves as well as others.
Delicious coffee. I get my beans here every month and the coffee in shop is always brewed to perfection.
I've never been to a coffee place that called the cops on paying customers during business hours for simply wanting to get coffee.
Great place, quick service, nice coffee and good prices
The cowboy cold brew was the best coffee drink I’ve ever had in my entire life!

What a hidden gem :) You guys... This place is an awesome little Cleveland secret. The cafe smells wonderful, of course, and the location is great. If you're a coffee snob, this place has amazing coffee & pastry. The atmosphere is old school, cozy vibes, comfortable seating, some fun classic decor, and a thoughtful touch, friendly service, quick wood turnaround of tables. The line moved quickly and efficiently. The staff work with a sense of urgency.
The baristas that greeted me when I entered, even waved to me when I left. You feel valued and not like you're just 'another customer'. They could've been reciprocating my attitude, but either way, I enjoyed their spirit. Most definitely check it out. Again, this is an awesome place to get a drink with some friends and enjoy some great conversation!

Restaurantji Recommends
Decided to try this place the morning of my birthday because of other good reviews, but it was a letdown. First, neither person working was very friendly or inviting. They were out of whole milk, so I chose oat milk for my vanilla latte. It was the worst vanilla latte I’ve ever had, didn’t detect any vanilla and overall it had a weird taste, like play-dough. Might have been the oat milk. I reluctantly asked to swap it out with a different latte because I knew I couldn’t force myself to drink this one, they made me a different one but didn’t seem too happy with that request and didn’t ask how it was, basically ignored us after that. The second latte had cinnamon and honey and was made with almond milk, an improvement but still not great, and was lukewarm at best. Definitely not a great start to my birthday, wouldn’t recommend this spot for lattes, and the service left much to be desired.

Transformational coffee. More sugar syrup with straight up jam infusion than your typical coffee. Addicted on first sip and visited every day while in town. The best part? Super consistent- each day their coffee was exceptional. Stop by and experience it for self. Super friendly staff too!

Currently drinking the best coffee I’ve had in months. I got the special Mother’s Day latte (honeysuckle lavender oat milk later) iced—it’s heavenly. Coming back for drip and beans tomorrow.
Had the best coffee here. You guys saved my day.
