Every single time I come to ritual the energy is so welcoming ! The staff is very helpful and polite ! And the products are always consistent ! Gives me a vibe from Cali or Florida and I love ! Cleveland definitely needed a place like this !

I love that there is a juicery in my neighborhood! I also love the different options they have already made to go! My only complaint is that I've come to this facility several times, and only once has someone welcomed me when walking in the door! Like, the employee(s) would literally look at me and turn their heads and don't even acknowledge my presence as a customer. BTW, I'm the only one there or maybe one other person. As a business owner myself this is low grade customer service and it needs to be addressed.

Great for: juices (though I prefer less Apple). Not great: almond milk -- it is causing drought in CA...I will create a video about it. I would prefer real milk from a local farm (no genetics, antibiotics, hormones, etc)

I’m so happy there’s a healthy spot in DT Willoughby! I eat Gluten free and was in heaven with all the sweet treat options offered. I will definitely be a regular customer.
Great spot for a midday pick me up. The bottled juices are literally.made in sight.Would like to see expanded hours.

First time visiting Ritual Juicery and I will definitely be back! I got the avocado toast which was yummy and the Manifest juice from the cooler. The juice was delicious and id recommend it if you like the taste of ginger 🤤 I love that they are all vegan 💚

Very cute place for smoothies or a quick bite. Has GF options and has desserts from other vegan places that don't have brick and mortar shops. The Waterloo vegan market they host has a bunch of amazing vegan vendors and it's usually crowded but so worth it!(2nd Saturday of every month)!
