Had a wonderful Pina Koolata smoothie. Ordered online and service was quick and efficient. Order was ready on time. Staff was friendly and made my first experience pleasant. I look forward to making this a regular lunch time option.

I’m addicted nice meal replacement keeps me full for the most part. Only 2 complaints is when I pay extra for my vitamins I’d like to see them put it in. Last complaint they’re very expensive I spend about 16 bucks Dailey on the medium smoothies.

First time going to the downtown location and I won’t be returning. I asked for an Açaí bowl extra thick and they gave me a watery bowl I was still able to taste the ice chips, fruit wasn’t blended well. I went back to have it remade and it was still wrong... the young lady who was there had an horrible attitude I just didn’t like this experience at all definitely not going back!

Smoothies were disgusting, the consistency of water, with unblinded chunks of fruit. Customer service was no good. The smoothies were so watery they spilled out of the cups, not only that there was no mango used in our “mango and turmeric madness smoothies “ . An absolutely awful experience, other locations are night and day compared to this place

Worse robecks I've even been too. I did an online order smoothie horrible asked for a remake and the manger told me it would still be the same because they didn't have fresh strawberries. Why sale something if the fruit isn't fresh?

I agree with some of the other reviews that the taste and consistency of the smoothies here, is not the same as other locations. I love the Acai Strawnana Berry. I regularly get it from the location in Warrensville (@ 4025 Richmond Rd, Warrensville Heights, OH 44122.) The smoothies and smoothie bowls in Warrensville are PERFECT! Here, they are watery and the flavor is dulled. It's like they poured water into the bowl after they made it. I've been twice, I thought the first time was fluke. It was not.
So glad they're finally open. Remember to practice social distancing by ordering ahead and wearing a mask when entering to pickup your order!

Robeks is hand-down the BEST smoothie shop ever. I gladly drive way out of my way for robeks even though we live near a different popular smoothie chain. Patiently waiting for one in BROADVIEW HEIGHTS!!!

I Stopped by after I hit the gym once. It looks slightly updated and fresh, but My overall experience was not that great. Upon arrival there was NO ONE in the front of the store. Two people then emerged after I added a, "hello" to the open air. The woman on register was kind, I asked alot of questions being the health freak that I am. To my surprise they didn't have calorie count on the menu itself? And when I asked the response was, "I'm not sure". Cool. More into the visit I noticed that the person who would be making the drinks took her hair down and put it back up... on the floor.... where I could see her with her bare hands.. Once I saw that I watched to see if she would wash her hands or put gloves on or both. Couldn't believe what I saw next... She straight up just ran her hands under the water and went on to make the drink..... OHHNOOOOOOO. It should take 15-20 seconds to wash your hands WITH soap..I'd assume she would just put gloves on but she didn't even do that. I couldn't. Lucky the other woman came over to make my drink while the other made my friends. Also, my last thing is the incorrect measuring of the smoothie and protein powder. I paid 10 dollars for a medium shake with whey powder. I have experience in mixology so I know there should be exact measurements to everything. As I watched she just dumped ingredients in the pitcher.... She made DOUBLE the amount of the drink so the calorie count was incorrect AND I didnt REALLY get what I paid for. Like I said it seems like they renovated. They don't have any chairs to sit but they have the room for them? maybe they just didn't have anything out for the day. I hope this gets better, maybe i'd come back but probably not.
