My cheese steak sucked, the lady who made it seemed like she had no idea what was going on and barely put anything on my sandwich. They wouldn't give me a receipt. And my mealwas EXTREMELY overpriced. I expect to pay more for the location but their prices are ridiculous. Fries and drinks prices weren't listed either so you don't even know how much it'll be until they're shoving the food in your face and rush you to pay up. WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN!

Was at the Mosters game and we sat in the club seats. a great value and food and beverages are included. They won the game and everyone had a great time.

First things first, I love Cleveland, love the arena, etc. What could not be more upsetting is how they feel they have the right to hold me hostage. I purchased tickets for a Cavs Warriors game this year. 2 days after the purchase, Steph Curry (my daughters fav) was injured. This was well before Black Friday and I assume I could at least get some of the money back by selling so I could get her something else for her birthday. For months I tried to sell, through many different avenues and was unsuccessful. Two different times I called the arena and they informed me that I was not allowed to resell. They were my tickets and I should be able to do with what I want. For the foreseeable future, and possibly the rest of my life, I will not attend another event at the Q. I have never been treated so badly or had such deplorable customer service. The game really sucked to add insult to injury.

First, it isn't called Quicken Loans Arena anymore. It is now Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse. They spent a fortune on a full renovation and it really paid off. Everything about it is just beautiful and it makes attending events just a little more fun! Well done!

The staff here is terrific. From entering the Arena to navigating your way around to the service people. Everyone is polite, delightful and ready to help. I was very impressed with the staff here. We had a suite for the TSO show. Eighteen people. There were a few snafus, but we dealt with it and they made good when I brought it to the attention of the Suite manager. Everything is new and totally remodeled. Very clean and spacious. Cleveland should be very proud of this First Class Arena. Surely one of the best in the Country.

We went to see Trans Siberian Orchestra there. The show was awesome and the staff, all the way from security to salespeople were very nice.
Asked for a paper bag like the ones they give out with the chicken nuggets and the lady said 2.50 for a paper bag

I love this stand! The vest nachos in town! Make sure to try the pork nachos, they are amazing. It's a must have every game I go to!
OVERPRICED menu, but what would you expect from a glorified concession stand in the Quicken Loans Arena.......
