They ask for a name for your food to call over the loud speaker when you order on the *device* and fail to call your name when your order is ready. I’m super happy we got scammed out of $30 for the staff to eat our food ☺️ Shoe lady **MEGAN** aggressively slammed the bowling shoes at me when confronted about issue. She seems to be the problem with this establishment, based off of this interaction, and according to the other staff. James was sure to resolve issues at hand, so the one star is for him.

I have been bringing my special needs clients to this bowling alley for over two years. Well today there was a different worker and when I told her one game for four clients. She charged me for shoes and put us on two different lanes. My clients prefer one lane. And I told her we never been charged for shoes they wear there own. So after we started bowling a guy who looks like he is a cook came over and start yelling and being smart and saying they would turn our game off if we didn't buy shoes. I bought the shoes and he continued to talk. I understand rules but they were rude and upset my clients. I hope the normal Thursday guy is back next week. These two were the worst. Everyone Is normally so nice. I hate to stop coming here because of these two clowns.

Started going to this place a few months ago because I wanted to get better at bowling and I love going here! The staff is friendly. The place is as clean as it can get for a bowling alley. It is rarely busy when I show up after work. I have had a few instances where a few of the lanes for one reason or another seem to have a higher tendency of the balls getting stuck numerous times a round. It can be a slightly annoying having to go up to tell them my ball is stuck again every five minutes or so. They ended up moving me over to another lane each time so it is not the end of the world. But overall a nice local place to go bowling!

Last night we had the corporate challenge that is held yearly at various centers and this year it was at RollHouse in Parma. The employees, food, drinks were all great and it was a great time! The house was cool and lanes we bowled on were operating with no issues at all. The front desk staff were all helpful and very attentive to the bowlers bowling. I would recommend RollHouse Parma to anyone that likes to bowl or wants good food and drinks at a good cost.
Aleta and Meghan were so nice and professional. Made the visit so much more enjoyable!!

Went with a few folks in wheelchairs. Great spacing, accessible lanes. The food there is a tad expensive but really good! Friendly staff and clean, safe, and fun atmosphere.
