Mediocre food executed well. I have been here a few times and every time the food lacks flavor. The food is consistent and cooked well so I gave it a 3. tried the fried chicken and mashed potatoes and the rowleyquilos last time and both needed seasoning or sauce.
Been here sporadically over the years and it's a favorite for our family, particularly for brunch. The atmosphere is great, food is always fantastic, service impeccable- even when we show up with a larger group.
I was unaware that they opened at 7am. I was pleasantly surprised when a close friend suggested that we go. The food was phenomenal. Presentation was absolutely fabulous. I had to hurry and take a picture before I ate it all. Also being so close to the famous Christmas Story is a plus. I think more people need to give it a chance.
