Surrounded by all the trendy E4 establishments, this unassuming place stands out, to me at least, as the best restaurant out of all of them. The food is always hot, the portions are great. I lived in the Gulf Coast, where there are tons of really good Vietnamese restaurants, and this one is on par, if not better, than all of them. It's a real gem and we love coming here often.

Located among overpriced trendy restaurants on e4th street, this place is a hidden gem. This is hands down the most authentic Pho in Cleveland and better than many places I ate at in Vietnam!

My boyfriend and I dined last weekend and got sick for next 2 days. Pho was pretty good but chicken and rice dish was not that good… chicken texture was like rubber. As soon as we walked in, I felt like the restaurant was not that clean and old. It is a shame, this used to be one of my go-to restaurants. Owner guy seemed really nice though.. but they need to clean and sanitize EVERYTHING! Questionable about food quality as well…

Super cute and appropriately decorated restaurant. Service was great and prompt and food came well prepared to order. Only thing I faulted with the food was some variations that seemed a little too much on some ingredients. Definitely a great restaurant and some very good food.

My friend and I had fried rice, spring rolls, and traditional stir-fry beef. The spring rolls were so hot they almost burned my mouth, but the taste was good, and all were made freshly. Everything was good about this place, although the bill also came with a 20% gratuity fee included. Do we need to add any more tips?

The FOOD is is good but not great. I like to grab few appetizers and few main dishes to share and that’s what we got. Crispy spring rolls and summer rolls were ok. Charbroiled a primo Bun was lacking flavor. Beef Bun Xao had good smoky flavor and it was my favoriteService was good but they do add 20% gratitude to the bill without any notice. I am not saying that it’s too much for great service. But 20% mandatory tip for mediocre service is too much. Our server brought us two rounds of beers, few dishes of food and never made it back to check up on our table. So in my opinion tacking on 20% is RIDICULOUS.

Food was awful and too salty. We waited for almost 20 minutes to get our “food”. Traditional stir fry dish was very watery and the meat smelt funky, raw and we could barely chew it, not very fresh either. After paying the bill, we noticed that they snuck in a 20% tip without us knowing and asked for more tip on the receipt. Very disappointed :(

Disclaimer! This is just my personal experience and maybe it was just an off night for them. I arrived at 7:13pm as they stop taking orders at 8:30pm. Staff was extremely friendly so no issue there. It’s a cold night so I just wanted a nice hot soup and maybe something to take home for later. I ordered the lemon grass beef soup based upon a posted picture from a previous customer. I KID YOU NOT… with all due respect, the soup smelled despicable. Without saying what it smelled like, let’s just say it was a red flag distinctive, toxic odor. Idk if the beef was old/ bad or sour but the smell alone from the soup made me send it back. I could not even taste it out of fear I would be sick. Needless to say I politely sent it back and left. Ended up dinning at Tani noodle instead. I’ve been to other Saigon in other states before so I just knew I would enjoy myself. Not the case here in Cleveland. I just pray the meat was actually what it was suppose to be. Anyway! Hate to leave such a review but the truth is the truth!

One of my favorite places to eat downtown. I love Pho and theirs is delicious and filling. Everything tastes fresh. The shrimp rolls, yes please! The atmosphere is always chill and zen with the bamboo. I used to work around the corner and would go at least once a week.
