Unfortunately there’s no rating lower than a ⭐️!! This was the worst customer service, food, food experience EVER! After waiting 20 mins PLUS!! I was told that, they didn’t have the catfish bites and asked if i wanted to order something else. I declined, the young man went to the back, informed the cook.. it’s a story that I’m not interested in repeating. My coworker already has. My fish was salty, the fries were beyond crunchy and the staff was VERY RUDE. From the guy that place my late order on the counter, without addressing me to the cook, that informed him. She didn’t care that i was on my break, I’d still have to wait (I’d already been there waiting 20 plus mins and told AFTER that 20 mins they didn’t have what i ordered available!) for her to cook the nuggets. The same nuggets that he said weren’t available!!! Little dude put the plate on the counter and walked away. I had to ask him, if it was my order? He mumbled, yes and continued walking to the back. I then asked, is everything. I paid for, in my bag? To which, he mumbled yes and stormed to the front and threw a handful of hot sauce and tarter sauce! Da fuqq!?! Thanks for the experience, black man!! NEVER AGAIN! IT WAS NOT WORTH THE TIME NOR THE MONEY! HORRIBLE!!???

Kid-friendliness: ordered online this is rude waited over a hour when I advised them I was on my lunch break the lady in the back stated she didn’t care and I would have to wait after spending my lunch break waiting on my meal she gave me hard fries literally old fish over cooked hard. I had heard that the food was good that is clearly a understatement my first time experience eating SamSylk she took know pride in representing this business very unprofessional customer service.

I ordered 10 pieces of orange roughy and I don't know what they gave me but it was not 10 pieces of orange roughy do not I repeat do not go to Sam sylk's. When I call back to tell them that all of it was not Orange roughy I was asked well what was it? I told her I thought it was tilapia but we don't sell tilapia instead of saying of course we gave you orange roughy.

Been going here for years ordered red snapper waited 20 mins to be told they were out of it and then I can’t get a refund huh I’ve supported them for years. It’s not what you do it’s how you do it. I’ve been in this industry for years at least attempt to resolve the issue in a better way than trying to get me to spend more money. I support businesses that respect people’s choice to eat anywhere. How are you rude to me but you’re in the wrong ?

Ordered fish and wings. They left out the wings and the fish was refried so it was hard well over cooked. The fries were cold. Spent $70 yesterday and it was a sham because they were close to being closed. I felt like I was robbed. It would been better if they just canceled the order.

Since I haven’t had it in a long time & it was close I dub back & babbbby when I say them wings was fire!! crispy, fresh & small just how I like them. Fries could have been a lil softer and more sauce but overall good I’ll dub back again lol .

I ordered through Uber Eats. Uber Eats sent my order to the Mayfield Rd. restaurant instead of the Lee Road location. I didn't know this until I got to Lee Road. I explained to them what happened and the said they would talk to Sam. The cashier came back after about 5 minutes and said Sam said the could not transfer the order to their location and I could not get a refund. I asked to speak to Sam so the lady who claimed she had spoken to Sam walked to the back but immediately came back and said Sam left out the back door. I am beyond mad. Not only could they have made the meal but they lied. I don't think Sam was even there. I highly recommend going to any restaurant but there.

I last had delivery from this location in 2022. It was good then. The Garfield location was awful, so I was hesitant to order at another location. I'm glad I did. I ordered on DoorDash (the menu is a bit confusing on there, so read through it before building your cart). I ordered a perch(fried well and perfectly seasoned) dinner with Cajun seasoning on the fish, Mac n cheese (creamy and flavorful), greens (SO good), hush puppies (crisp on the outside, tender on the door inside and well seasoned) (the dinner option was blacked out so I got bread with my dinner (which is fine). I think 1 slice isn't enough for 3 pieces of fish tho. I'm glad I ordered hush puppies because they didn't come with my dinner even though it's on the description).Fried okra was crispy. They were out of sweet potato pie but left a nice note and replaced it with peach cobbler (a lot of crust! And not too sweet). The Diet Coke was fountain and not too much ice.I also appreciated that they included condiments, utensils, napkins and that everything was sealed. I'll return soon!*Request can you all please include perch and waffles on this menu? Fulton Road has it and it's delicious
