Went in on Saturday afternoon. There were very few options left, so that should have been my first indicator. Regardless, I purchased 2 chocolate, and 2 white cupcakes. When I got home, and went to eat one, they were relatively hard, and very dry, so in the garbage they went. I called to inform them that they might wanna toss the last few that were left in the case, and told them why. The girl apologized and that was it. Granted, it was only $6 for the 4 cupcakes, but I would think that offering the customer a refund, or a fresh replacement next trip would have been the proper thing to do. Very disappointed!!
