Went in to try the paczkis. They make them different (cut in half, and extra filling). Honestly, I wasn't a huge fan. I do appreciate the attempt to give you more filling, but the end result is more messy. Not bad though.

We went there today to get takeout bakery. We got 1 dozen peanut butter cookies and 2 chocolate chip cookies. They were all horrible and not edible. I called there right away and asked for the manager. I explained to the gentleman and asked him to at least go taste one of the cookies maybe it was a bad ingredient. He said he wasn’t allowed to eat a cookie, but he would transfer me to the manager. I was on hold over 20 minutes. No one ever came to the phone. We have been there many times and never had a complaint. We will never go back. Overpriced and not edible. SMH.

I had not been to SAMOSKYS Bakery for sometime. I always loved their bakery. I saw a sign that it was under new management. I went in and was shocked to see the bakery they had. It all looked really old and definitely not fresh. I bought a few pieces and brought it home. I was right. It was not fresh. I was so disappointed. The lady that waited in me was pleasant. The entire vibe in there was gloom and doom. Nothing like it used to be. I don’t think I’ll go back. Shame because it was an awesome bakery. I hope they try to turn things around.

We were there on February 14, 2023 and really enjoyed the bakery we purchased. The chocolate frosted donuts were especially good. A special treat for us was the chocolate eclairs with both custard and whipped cream. Very happy with their new coffee bar which goes great with the bakery.

I am so glad we gave them a try again! We went for years but when the bakery sold to the previous owners the customer service, quality and taste was horrible. These newest owners clearly care about bringing this bakery back to its roots, especially with the paczki. The paczki taste like they used to years ago, DELICIOUS. I highly recommend giving them a try again, especially if you were disappointed by the previous owners. These owners clearly care and it shows with their kindness and quality/delicious products.

So glad for the new owners. Had gone here for years & stopped after the last ownership change because of how much they had ruined the recipes and customer service. The newest owners clearly want to bring back the original glory of the bakery. Absolutely outstanding customer service, great selection, and wonderful flavors for everything we tried. Can't wait to go back and get more!!

A bakery that has stayed open and stays busy with customers for nearly a century says it all. Coconut bars are the best we have ever tasted. Cakes and ethnic groups of bakery items are all great.We live in Florida, but every visit to Cleveland must include purchasing as much as we can stuff in our luggage.

First time here- we will be back!! Bakery is under new management but still has the same recipes since 1910. I got the cannoli and it was outstanding! Very fresh. There are many choices for bakery from pies to cookies to brownies and they have a suggestion box if you'd like to see something they don't have. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Very reasonably priced and quick service. We will be back!!
