I really like Sam's club but I recently bought my daughter a birthday cake from there. The description said white cake white icing.. She doesn't like chocolate.. When I cut into it, it was NOT a white cake it was Chocolate... ... She wasn't to happy but it was a good laugh and the cake was still good.. Even with the mishap I still like Sam's...

well i have for all the years i have been a loyal customer but after yesterday i am not sure. went twice to geat ground round 90/10 and completly out of it lines past the back ailes and no one telling anyone anything so i tried calling and no answer for hours so i am not sure why sams didnt see this ahead of time and get enough stuff to keep the shelves stocked of wipes, bread, buns, meat and everything else i needed so i didnt have to go back out being that i have had 2 strokes and very low immune system so now sure what i am to do about waiting in 2 hour lines or getting food that we need tyvm for all the wonderful yrs i have been a member

Wonderful place to shop. You can get most things you need here. Two things they need at this Sam's, at least at this location. 1. decaffeinated coffee in K-Cups. Even instant decaffeinated coffee. 2. when you change your store by moving the products around, and changing your shelving arrangement . it would help to find products if you had some kind of little map that people could use for a few months till you get used to the store again, please

I got gas today & the pump was shutting off the entire time. I stopped halfway through to find an attendant b/c the hose was leaking. but I didn't see anyone. My tank was empty so it wasn't stopping b/c I was trying to "top off." As I finished gas was leaking out of the hose onto my car & the ground. I finally found the attendant & told her what happened & she was very rude & said "there's nothing I can do about it!" I asked for a receipt b/c I selected "no receipt" when I paid. She had an attitude! & said "I'll have to write you one!" She wrote the date as 8/25/19 but this happened 8/25/19. I wish I had gotten her name but I didn't.
Pharmacy prices are great!!! One of the pharmacists not so much

Business members are charged an additional 10% to shop early... or join the prime membership and shop early. I pay for business membership for the early shopping privileges, now I'm being strong armed to pay for prime to maintain the privilege of early shopping...bait and switch, shame on you Sam's! Going to Costco and taking my fellow business friends with me!!!!
