I’m wondering what the policy is when entering Sam’s Club, in relation to the employees there greeting n checking cards. I was there this morning and I walki in behind a couple ladies, they walked right pass the lady and she didn’t say nothing to either one and I’m right behind them and she stops me to ask me for my card!! Well what about the 2 that just just walked right in past you???
So I’m hoping someone from management can shed a lil light on this matter…..Am I being profiled here???

I'll actually say Yes and No. I've been shopping at Sam's Club for my Sons Birthday Cakes for years. Today, I went to get a Cake I ordered for my Moms Birthday and they really tried not to let Me in because it was before 10am. Apparently You have to have a higher membership to shop before 10am, I NEVER knew this. So, the Older Woman at the door was Horribly rude, when I asked for a Supervisor, She said She wouldn't call one. I went past Her, got to a Lady in Customer Service

Everything was ok but the wait at the register was way too long. They should open more cash lanes.
