Too bad I couldn't give it a lower score. The last two times I called and placed an order to pick up, they never contacted me. I had to call both times and both times the phone rang for at least 20 minutes. I finally got a text the first time at 8;05 pm saying my order was ready. 5 minutes after they closed. Now I let the phone ring for 20 minutes and then it disconnected with me. I am calling back and it's just ringing. It is 7:31 pm and they close at 8. This is the most rotten customer care. I always use curbside pick up and never had a problem on Sundays. Week days suck!!!! Just got disconnected again. I live 25 minutes away. When I finally spoke to someone the first time, I was told that if I didn't pick up the food and snacks, I would be returned and I would be refunded in about 3 days. If I get a refund, I should also get interest with it. They screwed up. They failed to let me know in a timely fashion that the order would not be ready. They take the money immediately, but you don't get it back for a few days. It is now 7:37 pm. There is no way I could ever get there in time. I requested to pick up the food in between 7pm and 8pm because of my work schedule. Obviously, nothing I do is important to them. Just hung up on me again for the third time. I think it's time to get a refund and join Costco or BJ's. Sam's Club sucks and is an embarrassment to all food retailers.

$9 for a 16-in pepperoni pizza is crazy cheap. I'm going to try their cinnamon sugar pretzel next time.

Great selection of different kinds of desserts. They also have very cheap fuel. I like the option of scan and go for faster service. Downfall is you have to wait in a often very long line for them to check your receipts and scan items.

The receipt checking line backed up from the door across the store to the past the last self check register. This is ridiculous!!! If you don't trust us to check out then hire more cashiers!!!

Sam's Club says that they close at 6pm on Sundays. But when I showed up at 5:00pm for their food court and fast station, the store was closed and the parking lot was completely empty. Their website says nothing about being closed on Easter Sunday.So I nearly ran out of gas in their parking lot because their stores/gas pumps were closed an hour before they were supposed to.

I want to say that people whose work in this pharmacy are not very polite and not professional !!! I had an appropriation for the COVID-19 booster, which I had been waiting for a whole week, I took a day off from work, when I filled out the all my data regarding my person and the data of the insurance company! The technician started to check and register everything again, half an hour later a pharmacist came up and said that my insurance does not cover COVID-19 booster and that I should come after the new year! I was very indignant! I told this to the pharmacist! she told me to leave the pharmacy premises... this is my first time I heard that to get vaccinated against COVID-19 you need to have some special insurance coverage... very unpleasant people who work in this pharmacy and I DO NOT ADVISE YOU to visit them!

I've literally been waiting for a prepaid pick up for about an hour. I checked in 52 minutes ago and have heard nothing from nobody. I checked in upon arrival and I was told to wait by the loading dock. Hell will be frozen over before this thing arrives.

Coming from someone who only usually ever writes reviews about restaurants, I felt I really needed to to make this review . I had never been to this location before I recently moved out here and I have always done shopping through Sam's club. First off , Club has enough stocks of majority of all items I was very impressed with that and found everything I needed easily and well. All items were greatly fronted that I could see and nothing looked messy and off placed which was surprising . Unfortunately this is where I must explain where my experience turned from nice to frustrated . During my time there mind you , I was shopping for a long period of time .I saw more than one employee but specifically one get talked to so disrespectfully by a worker who must have been higher up than them it was embarrassing for these workers I could physically see it on their faces and not to mention extremely Un professional in front of customers almost as if they were picking on them specifically . Do not get me wrong I am not an employee there and never have been I simply don't know the system . But it seemed to me at least that the workers were working as fast they could and it came off as if they were being pushed to do way to much in just the short amount of time i was there shopping and I saw this more than once during my time shopping . The workers were kind when I asked where something was but it almost seemed as if they were in distress and anxiety ridden and overly embarrassed while doing there job and that is not a good look for your business especially if it comes off like it's being caused by a employee that has power or is higher up than them . It was very disappointing to see this and if your higher up workers are willing to speak that rudely and unkind to your employees around customers it makes me wonder how you treat and speak to them when customers aren't around them. Unfortunately it has shifted me to never want to come back again .

I'll actually say Yes and No. I've been shopping at Sam's Club for my Sons Birthday Cakes for years. Today, I went to get a Cake I ordered for my Moms Birthday and they really tried not to let Me in because it was before 10am. Apparently You have to have a higher membership to shop before 10am, I NEVER knew this. So, the Older Woman at the door was Horribly rude, when I asked for a Supervisor, She said She wouldn't call one. I went past Her, got to a Lady in Customer Service

This one is pretty small and just didn't feel clean inside. I understand it's sorry of the nature of this place, but I was purchasing one appliance and the lines were crazy long, and it looked like everyone on them had like 200 items in their carts.

I love love love coming here, I know I will find everything I need here and then some. Yes sometimes the lines are long but they try their best to make it move faster.
