So i've been craving my savage fries. I absolutely love this place. However, I go there today and this picture is up. I would love to know what's going on because I was eating here every other day. Sounds pretty bad

I'll start off with the bad. This is a tough neighborhood so you'd best lock and load.
Sign: There wasn't one, it was hard to find. The name is on the store front glass.
The Burger: I ordered a double to go;
It was absolutely delicious.

I didn’t like the fact that the drink machine didn’t work.. only thing that worked was “sweet tea” which wasn’t sweet, and it wasn’t cold. I tasted everything and nothing had flavor. For the 45$ I spent I coulda at least got a soda to make me burp after I ate my burger lol. Probably won’t go back.. Sorry

So we seen this place online and decided to give it a try. First off the burgers were really good! Now on to the not so good. There's only 3 tables in the place. The tables are 2 person tables so a total of 6 people can eat inside so keep that in mind. The drink fountain is not working correctly so you are very limited to what you can get. Last but not least the place just needs cleaned. Its a newer place so you would think it would be clean but it just seems to be overlooked. If I order from there again it would be takeout.

This was my first time here after seeing this place on social media this place is very basic off brand soda, plan white cups, now I wanted a creole burger but they had no shrimp so I order two single burgers one with lettuce and bacon an I can’t remember the name of the other burger but it was suppose to come with pepper jack cheese but they were out of that kind of cheese so I got American it also came with jalapeños the menu stated it was suppose to come with some type of sauce but it didn’t me and my daughters burgers tasted like the men who cooked it didn’t clean the flat grill or either he let the burgers stay on the grill too long because they had a char taste the burgers were not as big as I thought they were the size of a double cheese burger from Mac Donald’s the fries came in a white bag they were suppose to be Cajun fries but weren’t they weren’t crispy at all don’t get me wrong the food was definitely fresh but not up to are liking it was not worth $28 dollars

What 5 guys wishes they could be
Living nearby, this area is kind of a burger desert, so with all the recent buzz—both hype and side-eye—I figured it was worth a stop. Walked in and the vibe is very “just opened overnight”: bright lights, minimal setup, clearly built for takeout more than hanging out.
Menu is short and sweet, which I usually love… until I saw the prices. At that point I assumed these were going to be next-level, handmade, can’t-get-this-anywhere-else burgers. We ordered two exactly as intended (no swaps, no tweaks) with fries and headed out.
First bite was confusing. Not bad, just… off. Both Wifey and I picked up the same thing—familiar but strange, like a flavor that didn’t belong on a burger. I initially blamed the house sauce because everyone’s trying to reinvent that wheel these days. Meat quality was fine, a little greasy, fries were solid, but nothing justified the premium price point. Even the sodas were obscure brands, which I get—new business, different choices—but again, the overall experience didn’t match the cost.
Weeks later, I found out from someone who cooked there that they use a cinnamon spice blend in the grilled onions. That mystery finally clicked… and yeah, not for me.
I totally see how this place has fans, and I also get why some people won’t be back. I’m somewhere in the middle. Glad I tried it, but probably not rushing back—especially at that price.
I also liked the signage.. although a bit “Heavy Handed”
