This coffee shop sits in the Key Bank first floor lounge area, big enough to fit the return of the nephilim giants. Love the big menu, wide variety to choose from, snacks and small bites, nice seating and lounge seating. Although the atmosphere is glamorous, too big takes away from being cozy.

Loved this place! Was in Cleveland for a conference and decided to try this place - they have so many specialty coffee drinks, so I gave the spunoni mocha a chance. Delicious. Fruity, nutty, chocolatey flavors all at once, and mixed in with quality coffee. The batista was super nice and made me laugh when I asked "Can it be iced, is that possible?" Looked me dead in the eye and said "Anything is possible!" The beautiful Key Tower atmosphere is a great setting too to ait down and enjoy. Love this place, hope I get it again next time I am in Cleveland, please give them a try!

Delicious products and friendly staff, when they acknowledge you. Stood for 2 minutes in front of two staff members who were busy talking to each other, and ignored me. Not a single “hi” or “Can I help you?”. It was in the middle of the afternoon, and I was the only customer. I left.

I love this spot! The croissants and quiche are delicious, the espresso is impeccable, and the women who work here are fantastic. Their warm smiles and remembering my name on my second visit make it my go-to place.

My husband and I chose a coffee shop based on better reviews, but in the end we made a mistake. We ordered a cappuccino with oat milk for my husband, and a matcha latte with oat milk for me. The cappuccino is completely tasteless, the barista made it not with oat milk, but with regular milk, matcha latte - it felt like I was chewing grass on the field. It was undrinkable. I had to throw the 1/3 glass I drank in the trash because the nausea from this drink was creeping up my throat. I know the normal taste of matcha. What I tried in this place is an incomprehensible potion that is impossible to drink. Very sorry for the money wasted.

Food was good, but they didn’t tell me they were out of bananas for my almond butter toast until after I had paid. So I paid full price for just a piece of bread and almond butter. They said there was nothing they could substitute for it.

The staff is so friendly and the food and drinks are incredible. Do not sleep on the breakfast quiche. I also had a iced dirty chai tea and that was great too.Run.. don't walk... to Savour today!
