I expected more. I’m thoroughly disappointed the dry meats taste so rotten .It is not worth the over $300 that our dinner came out to at the end of the night. Though it wasn’t even worth sending it back either this place is an absolute mess . Don’t take on more than you can handle .

the male waiter and female worker with the giant nose ring were unbelievably rude to my deaf husband. At the end of our lunch they stood in the corner snickering at us and staring me down all together it was extremely uncomfortable experience i wish i had gotten their names but they truly made me feel awful

Once previously dinned here about a year ago, were, we all requested the delmonico dry aged steak, but guess what: We didn't get it!
What we got was a highly salted broiled steak for $88. each... For those out there who haven't tried a property prepared dry age steak, you are missing out!
That being said, we decided to give them a try before the CAVS game, so we ordered the following:
Dry Age Delmonico x2, were once again we received a regular ribeye steak with a lot of salt, broiled!
We didn't have time to discuss this with a manager, nor would I want to here, them try to offer me a desert to compensate for their ignorance.
We made this reservation over a month in advance, so I can't see them running out of dry age steaks but that's exactly why you can't assume that because you pay a high price for something you are always going to get your value out of it!

If you have never been to the Marble Room, you are in for a Real Treat!!! Last night was the second time I visited the Marble Room and it was even better than the first time. You walk into what is the Most Beautiful Restaurant in Cleveland (and maybe the US) and it is a WOW!!! The hostesses are so nice. They immediately escorted us to our table and we sat down and took in all the beauty of this restaurant from the Amazing ceiling , columns, walls, decorations, lighting and then the Wine Cellar!!! This place is just SPECIAL! Jeremy our waiter then welcomed us. He and his team were absolutely the BEST! We started with the Tuna Carpaccio and the Hamachi Crudo. These are a must to try. The main course we split the Porterhouse and had some of their awesome sides. We started with cocktails and they were perfect. Our wine was a wonderful burgundy from this super list! We had a light desert. If you have no been here before, you are going to have an Amazing Dinner! I recommend every thing we tried. I have to go back next time in Cleveland. There were so many things we still want to try.

My husband and I went to the marble room with another couple to celebrate my birthday. The restaurant is absolutely stunning. The ambience is beautiful and the wait staff is professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion or even a casual night out. The food is absolutely wonderful… You will not be disappointed!

Second time we’ve dined here and it was delicious. We’ve never had a Tamahawk so we decided to share it and get a few sides and surf and turf sushi. If you’ve never had it this is your sign to do it. Incredible taste each bite nice flavorful char. We love sushi also and it didn’t miss either. We are making it a point to visit more often in 2024!

Any trip to Cleveland must include dining at the Marble Room. Not only is the food excellent but the dining area is set in a beautiful setting and the service is top notch. This experience in Cleveland will not be forgotten.

From the time we entered the front door, our experience was top notch! The reservations associate was friendly and we were promptly seated. The ambiance of this restaurant is outstanding. You will not be disappointed. The server assistant and our server, Victoria, were professional and attentive. The food was simply delicious. We enjoyed the chop salad, a dry aged delmonico steak, a filet, whipped potatoes, the crispy potato, mac and cheese, cheesecake and creme brûlée. Everything was not only wonderfully presented but perfectly prepared. If you are looking for an upscale family dinner or wish to celebrate a special occasion, Marble Room will impress!

The restaurant ambiance is stellar and our waiter Josh was fantastic! I was able to cut my filet mignon with a butter knife and it was probably the best filet I have ever had--topped with the crab meat addition. My husband's sushi was good, but nothing special. The "congratulations" cotton candy was very unique but too much for 2 people to share--maybe have a smaller version or something else for just 2 people? We ended up purchasing the chocolate mousse cake which was awesome! While it was a great place to eat for 2 people, consider going with at least 4 so you can share a dish you wouldn't eat on your own, along with shareable sides.

Great dining experience! Food, ambiance, service ...all top notch. Our server Jordon and her assistant were exceptional. Very attentive but didn't "hover". My wife and I have been fortunate enough to travel both in the US and overseas, and the Marble Room ranks among the top restaurants we visited. We definitely will return. Thanks to all the staff who made us feel special from the time we arrived until we had to leave.

Awesome experience and outstanding food. My husband took me to the Marble Room for my birthday. We had a wonderful time.

The Marble Room is nothing short of incredible. The initial view when you walk in is breathtaking. This is one of the prettiest places in Cleveland with an immense amount of character. On this particular visit we grabbed a drink at the bar before our reservation time. The bar staff was so efficient and kind even though it was extremely busy. When it was our reservation time, one of the hostesses came and got us from the bar and walked us to our table. Our waitress was so sweet and we had great conversation with her throughout the night. We ordered the surf & turf sushi along with the oysters Rockefeller for our appetizers. On top of that, the bread & butter is outstanding. We ordered the steak and lobster for our entree's. My husband got the strip steak with the peppercorn sauce and I got the filet with the black truffle butter, both cooked to perfection. The lobster here is divine...its sweet and buttery and again, cooked to perfection. The twice baked potato will leave you dreaming about the next time you can have it! We can't ever leave without dessert, my husbands favorite is the chocolate cake and mine, the cheesecake. We look for any reason to go The Marble Room and it is a 5 star experience from start to finish.

My boyfriend and I came to Marble Room to celebrate our Anniversary. We have been wanting to try Marble Room since we moved to Ohio City and it did not disappoint. It is absolutely stunning from the moment you walk in, such a beautiful building to dine in with great history. We started out with the Salmon Duo sushi roll which was SO good, and very fresh. I love sushi and this was one of the best rolls I have had. They also offered us fresh bread which was so fresh and delicious as well. My boyfriend ordered the bone in ribeye and I ordered the 6oz filet with the chive butter on top. Wow, so good! Both were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. Our sides were the creamed spinach and mac and cheese. Both were fantastic and the mac and cheese was some of the best I have had. Definitely recommend. We finished with the Cheesecake which was one of my favorite cheesecakes I have ever had. They also brought us the fun cotton candy for our Anniversary which we loved. We will definitely be back again soon.

We stopped by for drinks and appetizers at the bar for a one-night stopover in Cleveland. Definitely worth the splurge for a date night. Bar service was exceptional and the ambiance was truly eye-popping. Awesome cocktails and appetizers. Impressive and exceeded expectations!

It was a fabulous New Year's Eve experience from top to bottom. Great entertainment (though could have been a little less loud.... no, I'm not old but it was just difficult to talk at times), food has dramatically improved over the years, ambiance is fantastic and Keith (server) was as great of a server as there is. Thanks MR!
