Food takes entirely too long to make and have ready.. via doordash, there is no number online to call and check on wait time. Its like they don't want to be involved face to face or over the phone with the costumer; do they speak english? Who's running the place? Whats the managers name? leaves a lot to wonder about when it comes to your food. Get the number working!!!!!

I placed an order from here 3 times. The first time the food was nice, the last two times my order was delayed for more than an hour. I tried to give them a second chance after the first time but I’ve seen several reviews and this restaurant has no regard for people ordering from delivery apps. Smh!

I order on uberEats, on the app that food was ready when i got to the location the order claim it was delay. I waited over an hour and a half is still didn’t get my food. it waited another 40 minutes still didn’t get my food. Highly disappointed.

Seoul City Wings is housed inside the Carnegie Food Hub.There is ample parking on the west side of the building. You can either order from the kiosks or make your order online on their website. Once again, this place is completely cashless. After you place your order, you will receive a text message confirming your order and an estimated wait time to receive your food. Once your food is ready, you will receive a text message telling you which locker your food is in. Once you are in front of the lockers on site, you click the link in your text message and the door to your locker pops open! So cool!Today, I ordered my food in the lobby and just sat and waited on the bench for about 15 minutes while my food was being prepared. Next time, I’ll be ordering online to save some time!Seoul City Wings- Honey Butter Boneless Wings - the wings were a good size and the flavor was enjoyable!- Sweet & Tangy Wings - Also very enjoyable!My only complaint about my experience with Seoul City Wings (which is why it only gets 4 stars right now) would be that that the boneless wings lacked sauce and therefore it wasn’t as great as I believe it could have been.

Past reviews said the honey butter wings were very salty. The owner responded stating they made changes to their recipe and received positive feedback. I ordered the honey butter wings last night and all I tasted was salt. They were inedible. The hibachi loaded fried were soggy and bland. The yum yum wings were quite spicy but the favor was decent. Spent $41.87 for these three items and we were incredibly disappointed.

Really used to love this place. But two times in a row, they forgot parts of our order. This last time, the food was notably subpar. The fries were dark and soggy (signaling dirty oil or undercooked?) and the chicken was burnt (re-editing down to one star because the chicken was so burnt, it was almost inedible). The sauces were great as always, but our experiences have just been too inconsistent. Don’t think we’ll order from here again. :(

If I could give 0 stars on the food I would. I got honey butter wings and all it was was melted fake butter like that spray on stuff. Omg awful then the sweet and tangy wings. There was nothing sweet and tangy about them. Flavorless as cold. The fries were not done, soggy, cold, no seasoning. The bag was leakin of oil grease. The food was awful. I would never recommend it. I wish I took a picture. Just the bag alone would turn me away.

Not bad!Love the concept of this place, several restaurants located in one place where you order to-go via touch screen - get a text saying your order is ready - scan your pick up order text via another screen and grab the food from the locker.I got the teriyaki ranch 6-piece for $9.79. Not the cheapest wings but I feel like you kind of expect that with this vibe.The wings were tender with a nice skin. The teriyaki ranch sauce on them is what you'd expect tho I will say they were a bit too salty. Overall, not bad.
