The food is horrible. Do not recommend. The quality of the food is poor. Hospital food tastes better

I’ve been coming to Jack’s buffet for years most of the time it was for brunch or dinner, The food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly and helpful every time.

Tried to attend the buffet around 4pm Sunday 12/7/2025 and there was one cashier who was slow as molasses and maybe 80-100 people in line. The cashier looked annoyed and apathetic, barely getting people through the line therefore I did not dine in because I was hungry and I wasn’t going to waste my time standing in that ridiculous line.

PLEASE UPDATE YOUR HOURS. Paid $40 for parking just because I wanted to try the buffet on a Wednesday. They are now only open Thursday through Sunday.

MAN THIS PLACE IS NOT WHAT YOU WANT SAVE SAVE SAVE YOUR MONEY. I was there 11/08/25. The food was old the biscuits was like cracker and they lied and stated that it was steak and seafood night. All awhile we had to eat dried out Chinese food only to have shrimp. And chicken that was soo old with peanut drizzled all over the dish. That pasta section all the noodles looked dry and stuck together.. going down to the meats all it was was dried out chicken fried and baked.. and some ham that's been sitting under a light fir god knows how long. I did find the shredded beef to be go .. and black eye peas.. to get a cornbread muffin to only able to eat a soft piece out the middle. I'm eating the beef to fined a blonde hair tangled in the beef. I spit what I had in my mouth took a sip of my sprite to no vail..it had a old tap water taste. I give this buffet a 1 out of 10 only because the server was nice

We waited in line for almost thirty minutes just to pay, even though there were only four people ahead of us. After paying, we stood around for nearly twenty more minutes before finally being seated, again with only a few guests in front of us. Once we were at the table, it took close to twenty five minutes before a waitress came by to take our drink order.

When we finally went up to get food, most of the stations were nearly empty. Many of the trays were completely bare, and at that point there were maybe three meat options in total. It felt like they were struggling to keep anything stocked. When new food did come out, we tried to make the best of it, but everything was far too salty. The Philly steak was loaded with salt, and even the fried rice from the Asian section was so salty it was hard to eat. You expect some flavor, but not to the point where you can barely take a few bites.

Overall, the service was slow, the food stations were poorly maintained, and the flavor was just overwhelming in the worst way. For a place inside a major casino, I expected a much better experience.

Tables were dirty. Floors and buffet countertops had food splattered everywhere.
Quality of the food was poor worst experience. I have visited this restaurant over a dozen times. It just keeps getting worse.
Management is awful letting this decay.
Not returning.

Was there last night 10-12-25 it was absolutely terrible . They went to sit us in a section that the server her name is Barb is one of the laziest person who works there ( so right then I refused to sit in her section ) the Manager caught a attitude with me . I tried to explain to him my reasons He didn’t want to hear it . I told him Sir I have had bad experience with her . Then we finally go to get food and the Stations were a complete mess . With food everywhere ( in the past I would clean them up myself ) where I would have people Thanking me . They are understaffed and the floors were sticky . Yes I got my food for free ( not really ) but my 2 Friends paid 72.00 dollars for Thier meals and they were disappointed .

Food was consistently bad. Everything i ate was way too salty for human consumption. The only bright spot was the yogurt parfait. The berries were plentiful and fresh.

This is the first time I’ve been there and I was pleasantly surprised. I thought the food was great. The servers were prompt and very helpful. It was busy but we had a great time. And for the price, I thought it was well worth it.

It’s a “below average” buffet. No fish,no beef for lunch only chicken and turkey options for protein.
