MESSIEST BUFFET EVER! Nobody wipes the food off the counters. Never saw such laziness and not hygienic. Food quality poor. Never saw so much food on the counters. That's pure laziness. Food was the worst. Never ever recommend. Do not go back. Need to send inspectors there ASAP. It was $34 per person. I barely ate. Also staff sitting by you watching you eat, person that checked us in was rude too.

For $5.55 I was only expecting Golden Corral style bottom of the barrel quality food.
My expectations were met ☺️
What an amazing deal though

There are many things to say in a positive light. The food is so delicious. The employees are all great people. They give you plenty of time to eat. The prices are phenomenal, they have really made a great buffet in Downtown Cleveland.

A fantastic buffet experience! If you're going to spend at the casino, at least you know you can hit a jackpot here! One of the best buffets I've been to, and I go to many buffets. All the food was fresh and delicious, the best staff around. Always super clean and just a very inviting vibe. A little higher price point. Not too much, but you're downtown, everything costs more. All in all I give it 9/10. Would recommend every day and twice on Sunday!

Vegetarian options: It's got a great salad bar and plenty of meat free entree options, very accommodating

Overall a very subpar buffet. The food is pretty underwhelming as it’s mostly just food that will fill you up as quickly as possible (carb heavy). There are a few decent dishes available such as the hamburgers and the Chinese chicken. But other than that, it’s pretty bland. I would also recommend the ice cream, fried chicken and the cream of spinach. In general there is not much to write home about, I only eat here when offered a free/comped meal. One additional plus side to the buffet is the service, the waiters and waitresses are fantastic.

I go to the buffet usually twice a week. I just visited the buffet yesterday (Friday evening, 10/18 at 4.30 pm). By 9.30 pm, I was puking my guts out and more that I don't want to get into on here. An hour after getting sick, I was feeling better. This was a clear case of food poisoning. Needles to say, I won't be visiting the buffet for a while, if ever!

My expectations are generally not very high for buffets. At least these days compared to early 2ks. The several times I have eaten here have not disappointed though. While not everything being served is a winner, most of the food I choose to put on my plate is very good. Nice flavor and I truly believe is chief inspired. Does it taste better because I get it for free? Maybe, would I pay the full price, probably not. Certainly a dinner I look forward to a few times a year.

Limited selection to be a $38 buffet.

Vegetarian options: They were not labeled, I just stuck with the vegetables that were familiar to me.

HORRIBLE!!! Cold dried up food! And that was about 6:00pm not a great selection. The only thing that tasted half way decent was the fried chicken. If I had to actually pay for it I’d be upset. Even with a free coupon it’s. Its not worth it! ?

The reviews weren’t giving me justice. For myself and partner, buffets are pretty straight forward. Nice variety of food but you won’t get piping hot unless you’re lucky. What else would you expect?! I thought food tasted good. The service was good. Empty plates didn’t last on the table long, drinks were served quick and refilled as needed. Sever Henry was very friendly and attentive. I would have to have an outstanding experience to give any buffet 5 stars. Good place I was happy. Would definitely come again.

$20 per adult, it’s a huge buffet and the food was great. It’s sort of in the basement of jack casino. Dessert bar was meh but you can build your own sundae and a person serves you hard scooped ice cream. Remember that the dessert bar is in middle so be sure to look at both ends of the buffet. I even thought the pizza was great. Glad we stumbled upon it. We came on a Saturday. There was no line when we went.

Seven Chefs Buffet is pretty decent. The food was prepared fresh and they had a nice selection within each station; Italian, Salad bar, Asian, American, Soups and Sweets! The lunch was pretty good. I tried the baked whitefish, tossed salad, stuffed shell, charbroiled burger and stir fry broccolini. Burgers freshly made in front of you. Shells had a good tomato sauce on them. They have a good variety but I was trying to go the healthy route today. They had mac n cheese, fried chicken, corn bread, Asian noodles, general Taos chicken, egg rolls, ice creams, cakes, cookies and a lot more!I have no complaints as their Wednesday lunch buffet is only $5.55 that includes a beverage! Service was streamlined and my server was very good at keeping refills up. Dining areas kept very clean too.PS. Thursday lunch is only $7.77!! ?Go early when they open 11:00am - line gets pretty long as the day progresses.
