I got charged $876.96 for a $92.88 bill. Tried calling to rectify the problem with no response. I only got the answering machine.

It is convenient, and if you dine here, you'll get a good early parking spot. The menu is pretty basic but the dishes are well prepared, particularly the vegetarian option. Full bar, wine list, etc. Can be a little hectic but it gets calmer as those going to the pre-concert talk clear out.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. We had a 5:30 reservation before the 7:00 concert on Valentine's Day. We ordered an appetizer, a glass of wine and a soda and our entrees. I was looking forward to dessert. The servers brought our appetizer and drinks. Our waiter, who seemed to have a great personality, only came out after that too tell the nice lady next to us that they were out of scallops (which were on the price fixe special menu for the holiday) at only 6pm. They had not been open that long and had a long night ahead of them. Next, I hear another waiter tell the bartender they need to 86 the fillets... my meal of choice for the evening. Tick....tick...tick... 6:30....no entrees.... concert starts in 30 min..... 6:45 we cancel our entrees and went to hear the orchestra on empty stomachs.

Horrible service and food mediocre. We were there last evening for Valentines show. We arrived at the restaurant at 4:45. We ordered the special for the evening. We were first customers in the restaurant. Salad, soup and entrees came quickly. We waited 45 minutes for our desert to arrive(cheesecake). Our waiter Daniel while friendly enough never checked back with us he was either very overwhelmed or just clueless as to how to wait on multiple tables. We were actually the lucky ones as most of the couples around us did not even receive their entrees. The concert started at 7 and we were finished with our meal at 7:45. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. We paid to much for the service and meal. We will not be back!

The entrees are improving and the food is very good. Staffing always seems an issue. Our server was excellent, but he had just too many tables. The Lasagna and the Cheeseburger are good choices before a concert.

The food is disgusting and the service even worse. My recommendation: take a trip to the Opera in Munich and see how Dallmayr does it!

While the concert was great, my experience with the restaurant was awful. Me and my friend, each, had the lobster and shrimp pasta. We could barely sleep last night as we were nauseous. Our stomachs hurt so bad and I have never had this experience anywhere in this country before. There is something wrong with this pasta. Either something not fully cooked or not washed properly. I am really frustrated.

We went to dinner before a Cleveland Orchestra concert, on Valentine's Day, no less. I explained to the server that I can not eat any dairy at all. She understood when we ordered our appetizer, the calamari, and stated that another table had just ordered it, and she was sure that it was dairy-free, as they "come in all the time and can't eat dairy, either." Then, we ordered our entrees. She suggested a substitute for my side dish, as I would not be able to eat the mashed potatoes with the short rib. I asked if it was dairy-free, and she assured me. Later, she came to tell me that the demi-glace for the rib had flour in it, so I would not be able to have it. I told her that I have a dairy allergy, not flour or gluten. She again said that the chef would make a sauce on the side that was flour-free. As the crowd became was busier, closer to show time, she seemed harried. At one point, she said, "we are slammed." Wouldn't that be expected at the restaurant in Severance Hall, prior to all of the orchestra's concerts, not to mention on Valentine's Day? When my entree came, it was a dry short rib with no sauce at all. I ate some of the side dish, concerned that there was dairy in it. My husband thought so, too, after he tasted it. When the server finally came back to the table, I asked for a sauce for the rib. She came back several minutes later, stating that I could not have it due to my flour problem. I then asked for the same sauce that the calamari had, as the rib was bone-dry. It was like eating a dry pot roast. She finally brought the sauce, after both of our meals were cold. My husband waited for me to eat. She came back later and said that the manager would come to our table. Then, later, she said that he could not but would comp the appetizer. When she brought the bill, she had another table's dirty dishes in her hand. She fumbled the dishes, and the stranger's dirty fork splashed a sauce on my husband's shirt. She then brought seltzer water for my husband to wipe his shirt with. The food was average. The service was poor. She was not educated about food allergies at all. She could not keep the dairy and gluten allergies straight. She later asked if we wanted dessert, and talked about the flourless cake! That doesn't mean dairy-free. They are not synonymous. Two hours after eating, I had horrible pain in my abdomen, which I always get with dairy. I had to deal with the pain all night and the next morning. I am positive that the side dish contained dairy. I had to watch the last 45 minutes of the concert in pain. My husband is very upset, and we would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. We spent $120 and could not enjoy it. At least the orchestra was spectacular to salvage our evening.

Never got to go. Called several times to make a reservation before the show we have tickets for only to get a message to leave my reservation details and they would call me at their convenience. Never received a call. After reading the reviews on the website of the service here it is probably better they don't call.

Prior to the concert on New Years Eve, we made a reservation, with another couple. Food was average. Portions were enough to share. Service was efficient, recognizing that we needed to be done in time for the concert. Would have liked dessert, but, given the rush, even though we were there in enough time, we did not have time. We were seated toward the door to the kitchen, so the hustle and bustle was an interesting show in not colliding.

Our food was great, and the waitress was friendly and efficient. I got the airline chicken breast and my husband got the sea bass with lobster special, and we both loved our meals!
