Today i went to shake shack and Ordered a double cheeseburger and a double shake burger, two fries and a large lemonade which came up to about $42 . I asked for a cup of ice and they told me they charge $1.50 for the cup . I walked over to Chick-fil-A and ask them for a cup of ice and they gave it right to me and I did not order from them. So I'm just here to say go to Chick-fil-A instead of shake shack OK cause why am I spending my money and can't even get a couple ice SMH

Chaotic. Very disinterested staff. My burger was ready and waiting but no one to put it in the bag and hand over. They don’t change gloves after cleaning. Very unhygienic. No kiosk ordering as well. Worst shake shack!

Fantastic burger. Crunchy fries. Just kinda disorganized with my order. People in front of me got served before me with similar / same orders. Couldn't figure out the fries. Just.. confusing haha. Food was great though, just a bit colder than it should have been.

Disinterested rude employees. Had a glob of hair in my burger which of course I found in the last bite. The ketchup dispensers were empty and so were the napkin dispensers. They didn't care. I'm gonna go to Chic Fil A or the burrito place next door next time I fly out of CLE.

I love Shake Shack but come on Cleveland! The place is filthy, full trash and no clean tables. The staff seemed resentful that I was interrupting their conversation with an order. Slow… I had to remind “SHAKE” Shack staff I ordered a SHAKE! No crowd… no excuse… do better!!

Came in at 4 pm on 1/31 (today) and this crew was on top of their game!! Food was hot, flavorful, timely, and amazing. Probably the best airport food I’ve had in my life. Overall, great experience.
