No wonder this location has the worst reviews. Ordered three egg sandwiches for breakfast with hashbrowns. Took 13 minutes. Had one egg, asked for 2 and then even though there were 5 people working, NOT ONE PERSON thought to put any hashbrowns in? I’m staring at this girl filling the fryer basket as my incorrectly made egg sandwiches sit there 13 MINUTES LATER! And then had the audacity to be confused why I didn’t have the time to sit and wait for them. I’m so frustrated right now. What a waste of money.

Got the bacon avocado cheeseburger, cheese fries and a vanilla milkshake. The cheese on the cheese fries had a very light color. It was missing flavor and salt. The burger was also missing a lot of flavor. The milkshake was very good.

Horrible experience i was disrespected when I asked how long it was gonna be because I had a plane to get on this was after I waited 30 minutes people that ordered after me were getting their food first i paid $20 for food I never got the only thing I got for my 20 dollars was disrespect and attitude employees were telling customers they were ready to walk out highly unprofessional atmosphere not only will I never go back to this ghetto establishment I will do everything I can to prevent anybody else from going through what I went through dont waste your time or money on this garbage establishment

If you don’t have AT LEAST 30 mins before your boarding time don’t even attempt to eat here. The food is good but the wait is consistently brutal for an airport location.

Shake Shack is extremely lucky their food is awesome. The young lady at the counter was very interested in her crazy nails but just so-so about getting food out. The warmer area for the tots must not be turned on or working properly. It was not keeping anything warm. Also where’s the special breakfast sauce for the tots. The young lady at the counter didn't seem to care that you don’t get any. The young lady did mention to my wife they had no shredded letruce but when she got her sandwich it had shredded lettuce on it. Getting the lettuce was nice yet why doesn’t isn’t the count lady aware they had some now. She’s clueless. Best of luck Shake Shack with a location like this.

This location seemed very well-run for an airport location. Early in the morning, everything was very neatly organized and well-stocked. The bteakfast menu was posted out where it was easy to see. Service was fast and friendly.
