Shula's 2 Steak & Sports

Restaurant was empty. Sat us on the other side of restaurant. Eerily quiet. Waitress did not bring us plates to share appetizer or at the very least to discard our chicken wing bones. Brought salads & soups with our meal instead of before the meal. When given the check to sign, she kept the itemized copy—most likely intentionally because gratuity was already added. Luckily my husband stopped me before signing the check because I was tipping her again.

Had Shula's certificates to celebrate birthday and wedding anniversary. Hotel desk didn't know if they would be honored, said "You'll just have to come in to see if they are good." Have been out of town, didn't know about name change. Will not return to this restaurant. I know staffing and food quality is a tough challenge right now, but this changeover was poorly handled. Too many other good choices nearby.

Have gone there a couple of times, Waiter was nice, food was well prepared, no complaints, seems like people have lost interest in going there, pretty empty the few times we went.

This place was terrible. First off, it is no longer Shula's despite the online perception that it is. It is now called "The Sanctuary". The food was absolutely awful and despite the menu purposely being similar to when it was Shula's as well as the prices, it was not high-end dining in any way. Very disappointed in the deception that they are still Shula's and not finding out until you get there.

Davia is the best, always smiling, and makes you feel at home. Food is always good too Davia is the only reason I come back to this hotel. The hotel needs updating not terrible, but needs to be refurbished. The only constant is Davia, always a smile, and always goes above and beyond to keep customers happy

I ordered the maple mustard salmon with mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables, it was quite delicious. My waiter Matt was very friendly and checked on me several times. Food was served in a timely manner.

We did not know before arriving but this is NOT the Shula restaurant we had known in the past. It had been at least 10 years since we last were there. They used to have sports memorabilia everywhere but the restaurant part was closed. We ate at the bar area where they had a few TV's. The food and service however were good.

I had the maple mustard salmon, which was good. Perhaps a tiny bit overcooked, but still moist. The mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables were also good. The waiter was friendly, my meal was served quickly, and he checked back a couple times to make sure all was OK.

Short staffed and my significant other watched me eat my dinner because they forgot her meal.Our waitress was great!The people who was in the cooking area seemed very unorganized.Everybody's food was messed up or forgot a whole meal.This was for SWEETEST DAY

The staff was very pleasant and professional. All three of us had the salmon and it was just ok. I would not order it again.The waiter was very attentive.

Parking: The parking lot is large.

Went out for Sweetest Day. Server seemed nice but was the only person to take care of the entire dining room. My husband got his salad and we got our beverages but our dinner order was wrong and was given to another table that came in after us. We confirmed our order at least three times - please, if you can't remember things write them down. I'm not impressed by you having to ask three times. We finally said give us our meal to go and they were just making it over an hour after we arrived. Needless to say we won't be back. Food was good - but where is the manager to help and to get qualified people to work. Another place drops of our list to go out.

Not terrible, food was overpriced. I've gotten a better burger at Red Robin for $8.00 less. Service was very good though

Cool little hangout in the hotel. The bartender Dazia (I think) was so nice and attentive. The morning staff for breakfast were so nice and professional.

The food was just okay, nothing was exciting to any of us. Unfortunately, everybody thought something was wrong with at least a portion of their meals.

The only negetive was the fact that I ordered my steak medium rare and it came medium well. I didn't mention it because although it was not as I ordered, it was juicy and flavorful. I just didn't want to wait for them to cook me a second steak.
