I’m from Chicago and let me just say this food isn’t hitting on ANYTHING! If I could give it 0/10 I would. I went here because Social Media recommended it and this definitely didn’t meet the standards. I’m so glad I brought my own seasonings and sauces from home because the meal was so BLAND. The creole sauce didn’t even save the salmon. The asparagus had a taste of GRASS. The seafood rice taste like Chinese white rice. They’re overly price and I normally don’t mind that but the taste didn’t match the price sorry!

Visited House of Creole for a family event and faced some initial hiccups with cold food and slow service despite the restaurant not being busy. However, the management acknowledged our dissatisfaction and made amends by comping our drinks, which significantly improved our experience. The food, though served cold, was flavorful, indicating potential had it been hot. Their gesture to rectify the situation earns them 4 stars for customer service and the quality of the food.

First time coming in here, and I enjoyed the food. I had the oyster Rockefeller, house salad and seafood Mac and cheese. My drink was good and overall atmosphere is relaxing. My issue is service is extremely lacking and extremely slow. Won't be back

We had party of 8, we had food poisoning. We We contacted the general manager she was very rude. I paid over 400.00 for food poisoning.

The environment is a nice fun place but not much to say about the food. We got the waffle and chicken and there was not hint of seasoning on it, waffles were a little under done and cold in the centre. The hostess and waitress were nice and polite but the music was too loud to have a conversation.

All around 5 stars from me. The fried green tomatoes were amazing, the bang bang shrimp very tasty and not overly spiced, The portions are massive. Was in a meeting so I didn’t want to take pictures of the food but I will definitely be back. Sayla was GREAT!

Scheduled a reservation and arrived a bit early. To my surprise it was not as crowded as I expected…but it should have been! Food and service was amazing! I wish I had more time in Cleveland to try everything on the menu!
I just hoped we were informed prior to getting there how the payment was for a large party. Only big mistake they made was serving my son fish instead of the chicken he had ordered. He’s allergic and I thank God he didn’t have a reaction. 3 stars for that

We had reservation for 6pm for my husband birthday had to wait 15 minutes They sat us anywhere the service was horrible the host ask our we celebrating anything I’m like yes I put it and the reservation .I could tell he didn’t have a clue and then I said my husband birthday he said ok that’s nice. We had water had to ask for lemons twice and the waiter look irritated we had the jambalaya that was not great at all and the wings and cat fish was ok but it’s hard to mess up fried food smh not a good experience at all hope you’re is better.
