They did not honor the reservation. I attempted twice to enter the establishment. There was no host/hostess at the door, I walked downstairs and doors were locked. If there is a specific protocol for entry then it should be denoted when making a reservation.
Great drinks. But it took forever to get served. 25 minutes after the first 2 in our party were sat, our server finally came to take a drink order. And that was only because one of us almost tackled her on her way through.
This place seemed like it had potential, but really it was just a dark bar with rather average cocktail list. They didn't have a separate drink list for specialty whiskies and the bar wasn't well illuminated so you couldn't even see what they had on their shelves. The service was ok. We had a reservation and were sent downstairs where we stood for a while before just seating ourselves at an open table. The kitchen was closed, so I can't comment on the food. The cocktail list was really rather basic and neither of our drinks were out of the ordinary. It was rather loud as well.
Great little pop-up bar. The staff was excellent, and the drinks were good also. Very busy duento Christmas season and staff was still attentive. We didn't have any appetizers or food.

Parking: We went for their Christmas Pop Up bar, and the bartenders weren't nice, and their drinks were expensive and terrible. I would never go there again.

Went to Society lounge to celebrate my friend’s birthday for the Miracle Christmas pop up. We loved the decor, music, and lively atmosphere. The espresso martinis were addictive. We also enjoyed the whipped feta snack and the gingerbread specialty cheesecake made by a local baker. Would highly recommend visiting!

Cool enough vibe. Horrible service. Christmas time so think the department store Santa and elves from “A Christmas Story “. Can’t close your tab because they have an issue with customers stealing their glasses, so guess what? That’s right - you get to stand in line again to cash out and waste another 15 minutes of your time. Went after TSO show and every bar on 4th was packed except Society Lounge. Now we know why.

Extremely skilled bartender, doing high level and precise tiki alone while slammed. This is a qualified and rare compliment. I have worked in the industry for 20+ years, places up the 3 Michelin stars in NYC and Chicago, and I am a CMS somm, and this was some of the best high end mixology being done at inhuman volume I have ever seen. The prices are SO cheap compared to NYC and the quality is impeccable. Go here, and tip well.

One of the rudest employees work here. We were there for the Miracle on 4th. There was a waitress who was rude. Yelled at us for sitting on a couch because it was reserved for a party that was coming in a HOUR. Same employee yelled at us for standing in her way. She needs a new job. We had a party of 14 of us and left due to the horrible service. Don’t waste your time or money

I've trying to get to this place for the pop up Christmas bar for a while but hard to achieve. They don't answer the phone during the day. I tried going there in person on Sunday 12/15 at 4 pm and it was "closed" for a private party unless I wanted to pay $30 cover for the band. It would have been nice if they had posted something on their website.
Horrible service, pre made over priced cocktails. Rude/ disrespectful staff. Excellent decor.

Went to the Miracle on 4th Street bar event and it was a rather disappointing experience. Got there at 4:30pm and it was standing room only, which is fine, though that’s where the service stopped. Host was absent when we went downstairs. Had to go get my own drink menu behind the host station. It was very busy at the bar and the bartenders seemed to be less than pleased to be working and there was no order to the chaos. Waited a good 20-30 mins to get our drinks. I guess there were servers, though they were only focused on those sitting at tables vs those standing. Plenty of eye contact with the servers though those standing were not a priority. The bartender was less than pleasant and worried more about keeping my credit card so I wouldn’t run off with their ceramic Santa mug. Ordered the Yippe K A beverage and the first sip was pure lemon. Drink was never shaken like it should have been. After stirring it up a bit, I was able to get the drink I ordered, which was very good, though not 15 good. We left shortly after finishing or drinks and returning my ceramic Santa mug. Expected a better experience and it fell flat.
