He normally will not touch squash with a 10 foot pole, but he said this was the best mac & cheese he ever had, and ate the entire thing over the course of a couple days. I had the grain bowl with roasted sweet potato and beets and tahini dressing and was blown away by how delicious it was. Just fabulous!

I am truly speechless at how incredible our experience with Spice Catering was. The food was absolutely phenomenal -everyone at our event couldn’t stop raving about it! We offered short ribs and salmon as our main options, and both were show-stoppers. Guests kept saying the short ribs melted in their mouths, and multiple people told me it was the best salmon they’ve ever had (and these are serious salmon lovers!).
Even the salad was a standout! Someone actually said it was the best salad they’ve ever eaten. Every dish was perfectly prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor.
Kudos to the chefs- you are truly amazing, and we appreciate you more than words can express. And a huge thank you to Tawny, who was an absolute joy to work with. She made us feel so comfortable and confident throughout the entire process, and we had complete trust in her and the whole Spice team.

If I could give Spice Catering 10 stars I would! We worked with Ashley for our daughter’s October 11th wedding at Gordon Green. From the tasting to choosing the items to the details meeting, she was on top of everything, had wonderful suggestions and was so easy & fun to work with plus very organized. We also decided to have our rehearsal dinner in the Spice tasting room, best decision ever. The food was spectacular, delicious and plated beautifully at both the wedding and the rehearsal dinner. Guest upon guest remarked on how delicious everything was and many said best wedding food they have ever had. Ashley and her team including, Liz and so many others, were professional and efficient while being friendly and courteous with all guests. They truly were enjoying seeing all of us have such a great time! No idea how they served everything at the perfect temperature, quickly & efficiently but also quietly. We had salmon and pork at the rehearsal dinner and airline chicken and braised short ribs (you didn’t need a knife!) at the wedding. The salads, focaccia bread (the butter!) and desserts also were amazing. Spice also pays attention to allergies and has GF, and vegan options. I wish I could remember the chef & his teams names but thank you! Our night was perfect. We could not be more pleased with everything..still smiling ear to ear, memories made forever. Our daughter and her new husband were glowing all night as the plans & dreams they had for their wedding came to fruition.

They just catered our annual fundraising cocktail party, and their amazing staff, led by Justin Gregg, transformed Urban Squash Cleveland from a sports facility into an enchanted venue.
