They open at 8 and they are never ready when you go in. They should have someone atleast 30 min earlier to prep everything so when they open and customers go in to order they are ready.

I had to give a five star rating! I work next to an actual Starbucks store & this one that’s located inside of Target is always better than the actual Starbucks location… Just look at this Frap!!! Need I say more… The employees are also always very kind considering how busy they can get. I will forever visit this location.

They are very rude at this Starbucks it is a franchise of Starbucks they pick and choose what coupons they will accept as if the customer knows, very nasty attitudes I go in here everyday to the point where the girls already know what I'm coming to order and every time you take issue with something someone is being rude I don't understand how someone is put in a manager position with a nasty attitude and a funky disposition I will never go in here again the last time I was here there was a problem. First and foremost I wanna say that the staff is GREAT and doing the best they can with what they have, however they have very little. Almost every time I go in to order something, regardless of what my order is, they’re out of something I requested. Today, it was 4 things! Whomever is in charge of ordering product needs to step their game up. The two baristas that helped me were so understanding and took excellent care of me but they shouldn’t be put in that position in the first place! Do better!

Come here all the time. I had place three orders exactly the same online for three days in a row. I went in this one time and ordered my same drink with no ice. They charged me an extra $1to fill my cup up saying “ if you were getting ice that’s the space we’d have to fill. “. I never get ice because I get the largest drink. I’m so dissatisfied and I truly believe they are pocketing customers money charging a fee to fill my cup. They wanted to fill it half way. Mind you.Update. Called Starbucks. This is a legit. New rule. Lmao. Eat the rich.
