Went in to get coffee but wanted to use restroom first and was told they don’t have one for the Public. Odd a Starbucks doesn’t have a public restroom but stranger things have happened. Since I couldn’t use the bathroom, I couldn’t justify buying a coffee-because coffee makes you urine more. I asked if any other of the stores around have a restroom and the girl on duty said condescendingly a few that did, but at all of them I’d have to be a paying customer. Something about that rubbed me the wrong way, as if I was some bum who was just trying to take them for a ride. This is fuel to continue to patronize independent owned coffee shops and not chains.

Customer service here is no longer existent. The new crowd of employees are awful. I came in and to see my mobile order with, “out sorry” on the side. The boy with the bleach blonde highlighted black hair said no more than just, “you can ask them up there what’s wrong”. So I waited in line just to have an employee literally yell at me, “maam the whole machine is broken! I don’t know what else to say”. I didn’t even say anything other than just show my cup and asked if there was another roast I can instead get. She then proceeded to whisper about me to one of the other employees, both side eying me by the creamer as I waited. That’s embarrassing, rude and Starbucks should not be having people with such attitude working with the public. Wish the former, polite and friendly employees were still around.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too… Slow as can be, poor customer service, and no restrooms for customer use… I would highly recommend going to a different location.

We ordered 1 thing TOTAL and we were stuck there for fifteen- twenty minutes waiting for it while the baristas leisurely attended to every other order.

A total disappointment! We ordered coffee for an important meeting at CWRU, and what we got looked and tasted like the warm water that comes out of a rusty pipe. It wasn’t roasted or brewed properly, despite ordering medium roast. The coffee became the focus of the meeting instead of the subject! You’ve completely ruined the name of Starbucks for us.

I have recently been here several times from the Hosp. next door, lately there seems to be an annoying person that seems to hang out there for long periods of time andf talks extremely loud almost non stop to barristas or anyone else that will listen and constantly badgers staff and customer showing him phone or asking questions. It appears he may have some personal issues of some note, but seems to know no bounds or limits with his annoyances. I asked if this was an every day occurance and was told yes. So apparently Starbucks management is ok, as I find it very unsettling that his behavior is not reigned in, and left as it was not worth my business or personal comfort to shop here. BE AWARE!

Near the university and all the hospitals, also near the cemetery where I went to visit my family's graves. This coffee store was a good place to rest after the cemetery visit. Parking was a little difficult.

I have worked in the area for 7 years. 10/16/24 was more worse experience ever. It wasn't crowded, there was a staff of two people. The so-called barista was rude. I asked for Tall with steamed heavy cream and received a Venti that was lukewarm before I got out the door good. I asked why was this more expensive, she debated that it was the price and the other Starbucks have been giving cheating me (by under charging me?). I noticed it was a Venti after it was handed to her by the other employee that slumped out of the back of the store. I asked for lemon cake. The so-called barista said we're out of lemon cake. I saw pumpkin bread and asked for pumpkin bread, she immediately said we're out of lemon cake and chocolate chip cookies! Was this a bias? I repeated myself on the pumpkin bread but with her attitude she couldn't be trusted. Let me repeat seven years in the area which implies a lot of money spent (UH and CASE employee), and some kid left in charge makes you feel you're interrupting their day, and condescends about the technical "Starbucks name" for steamed heavy cream and half @# the service. Never again. Think about it, spent a lot of money in 7 years...put up with a lot of bad service but this was the worst.

ordered a black coffee, waited 19 minutes and had to leave prior to receiving my order due to prolonged wait time. so now i am out $3.95 and don't have a coffee

Zero in store ordering. Girl at counter gave significant attitude and was insulting when we explained we couldn't find the store on the app. Ordering a black hot coffee without any customization took 15 minutes.

I guess this Starbucks does not want any new business.
