My visits here always wonderful, this latest visit I forgot to taste it before I left I didn't want to burn my mouth. When I finally tried it was very weak, every other time my pecan crunch latte with 2 stevia stirred in was starting to really like it until today. I've been trying to try different things and food and drinks. I wonder which one I should try next?

I recently visited Starbucks, hoping for a comfortable spot to get some work done, but unfortunately, it was far from ideal. The noise level was overwhelming—not only was the music blaring, but the employees were also incredibly loud. It was nearly impossible to concentrate, and combined with how cold it was inside, I found it very uncomfortable. I ended up shivering through the time I had to stay and finish my work.
I remember a time when Starbucks had a much more welcoming atmosphere, where you could sit, relax, and get things done in peace. Sadly, it seems those days are long gone. If you’re looking for a calm environment to work or relax, this might not be the best spot anymore.

I stopped through the drive thru to grab a "medicine ball" Sunday 9/8 afternoon. My allergies blew up this weekend and I've been feeling miserable. Coming back from the park w my kids and thought a medicine ball could help. Shannon took my order and explained how the ingredients for the medicine ball arent exactly available anymore. But she said she knows how to recreate the medicine ball using similar ingredients, and said she can make it even better! I told Shannon to do her magic haha. Pulled up to pick up this magic drink, Shannon personally gave it to me reassuring me she put all thr best stuff in it plus steamed peach tea. It tasted WONDERFUL and provided the relief I needed with my allergies. This literally made my whole day. As a busy working mom, little things like this matter. I appreciate Shannon so much. Please send her my praise, gratitude and appreciation. Thank you Shannon!

rudest location I've been to, never treated with respect. I completely understand you guys get busy. I accidently placed an order for drive thru and meant to do in-store which I stated when I walked in my drinks were pretty much almost completed but waited 10 additional minutes for my food when asked as people who came in after me and ordered once in store got their items before me to hear "well when you place it on the app it doesn't come out in a specific order" so your telling me somehow my ticket for food printed after theirs? The guy was super rude so I then had cold food to re heat once I got home Will NOT be coming to this location again

Even sitting back in observance, I've seen the same particular employee talk to other customers very rudely when the customer was asking a simple question. Wouldn't recommend this location!

I honestly avoid this location because the one sassy barista, especially as he tried to mansplain coffee to me the other morning. Sir, if you are out of cold brew it should not be "just a minute to come out of the machine". There's no need to be pissy just because I asked a clarifying question. I am not expecting top notch coffee from a fast food place by any means - I just don't want to end up with an iced coffee when I am trying to order a cold brew.
Management, please do better by your employees with adequate training for their job and work with them to develop transferable customer service skills.
