I'm not sure what Starbucks this is because they don't listen address with these things. But you basically get the same thing from one Starbucks to another.
Generally for me it's a coffee to go that's it same old same old

We've been getting the same drink 3 days in a row. We usually go to the café in Macedonia and it had been great. These drinks for some reason felt off and watery. Usually the service is very polite, upbeat, and happy but I think they were having a rough day.

Ordered the same drink online that i get everyday and it was half way full. full of cold foam, they told me thats how the drink came but i get it everyday the same way? I’m disappointed

Terrible service.
I’m very disappointed with the service I received today. I usually come to this Starbucks every day and have always had a good experience. However, today was different,the staff were disrespectful, showed clear attitude, and took an unusually long time to prepare my order.
There were no other cars behind me in the drive,thru, yet my order was delayed significantly. I had ordered an Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and a spicy falafel item, and the wait time was unnecessarily long. What made the experience worse was the lack of accountability from the manager on duty. It was clear they were not taking the situation seriously, and this kind of customer service is unacceptable.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as loyal customers like myself expect a consistent level of respect and efficiency, something that was clearly lacking today at 2:48 PM.

The staff at this location is amazing. I stop there a few mornings a week and Jackson and Noah are great!!! Never had bad or slow service there. What a great staff!

Store manager was very rude over an order I've ordered multiple times and got my order wrong. I ordered an oatmilk lavender latte and gave me a blonde expresso thing. I was all the way on highway when i noticed because he didn't give me a receipt. Asked a simple question and his response could have been pleasant but he chose to be rude.

I have been coming here pretty much weekly for the past couple of years, and all the employees are always SO nice to me and know me by name! It always feels great walking in and being greeted :) I also wanted to give a shoutout to Eric because he has always been very sweet and has been there almost everytime I go in! And the drinks/food always taste amazing and are ready in a short amount of time. I love this location!

I went to get a drink after work and the store closed at nine. I knew it was getting close to nine, so I tried my best to get there on time. I ended up getting there at 8:45 and the nice lady in the drive thru told me the they were closed. I understand it was getting close to nine, but it wasn’t like only a minute or two before, it was a whole 15 minutes. I know it takes a while to start cleaning up, but i was really disappointed and it’s a little ridiculous that it was closed a whole 15 minutes early.
