My visit with my family had to include some coffee stops to keep me energized and this place worked for that. I sat for a while and used the wifi, cruised the muffins but did not buy any.
From an efficiency point of view, this was a maddening experience. The employees were slow, but a manager failed to get the crew organized. There was a line, one pretty slow person manning the register, and several employees simply hanging around.

This specific location does not have consistent hours. And they frequently sell out of different items. Choose other options.
I was refused an ice water, even when I offered to pay for it and then they got my order wrong. I used their customer service chat to try to figure out why I couldn't get a water and report my incorrect order. After going back and forth with them for a while they asked me to call in and explain it again which I did and an hour later was told that there was nothing they could do except document the problem. Very disappointed in won't be going back.
Can someone teach the staff some courtesy? The three of them No “thank you”. No “have a good day”. They don’t look at you when they’re interacting with you. Serious mean face. They’re rushing you without having a line. You ask them, they answer with an attitude. They shoo you away in a way! Thanks for making me feel disturbed and disrespected! Great impact on someone’s day!
This location sucks. Don't trust their business hours - they'll probably be closed much earlier...when they actually are open, their coffee is terrible - as bad as Dunkin's.
An Americano is supposed to be strong. The first one they said was 3 shots was like tea, the second one they said was 4 shots was like weak coffee. Not sure what's going on here but not up to Starbucks standard in used to.
This place is horribly run. They constantly run out of literally everything. Tried to grab a protein box this morning that actually was in stock but because they were out of coffee and bakery items, they just closed. Refused to sell anything. Last month I ordered a baked good from the case but after they discovered it was sold out, it took over 30 minutes to get a refund because no one in store was qualified to issue a refund. Total chaos, mismanaged, cannot order for stock correctly.
A person serving in very bad mood, complaining with the customers, delivering wrong drink to wrong people, yelling to other staff.Quite rude.Saying they are under staffed but 3 people can serve 6 people reasonably, or at least pokitely.Sad.

Sunday August 13, 2022. I will give -5 if I could. Starbucks at airport by Gate A1 is the worst Starbucks EVER. The cashier had a terrible attitude saying he couldn’t hear people with masks on. Then he was rude to every customer in the line. He took our order and walked inside and coworker had to ask him to come out. Then he had same bad attitude with everyone else. They didn't have ingredients for one of the drinks and then took forever to make our two coffees. Not a nice way to start your day. The cashier shouldn’t be there, he is the first contact to your customers and has a worst attitude ever.
Went once and never again. I didn’t even buy anything because I was so turned off by how rude the majority of the staff was. As soon as I saw the cashier give a customer a nasty attitude for something small, I was like “nope” and walked out. However, I was very pleased with Eric, he was the only one who actually greeted me and seemed like a decent human being with a personality. He should be employee of the month because he’s one of the few who understands customer service!
I traveled there two weeks ago, I needed a pick me up after a long flight C22. The line was so long and the other employees were rude to me during ordering, until the man with the glasses took over. The man making my drink talked me into trying oatmilk for the first time and i love it now. It was so delicious. I gave 4 star only because he very happy to make my drink. I was so grateful.

The cashier was very rude, I said thank you to them a few times during the transaction, but never got a response back! Also said they were not making Frappuccinos today. That's not the first time that happened? They are just lazy and don't want to make them. Why be rude and lazy??? At least the guy that handed me my drink , told me to have a nice day when I thanked him.
