From an efficiency point of view, this was a maddening experience. The employees were slow, but a manager failed to get the crew organized. There was a line, one pretty slow person manning the register, and several employees simply hanging around.
I traveled there two weeks ago, I needed a pick me up after a long flight C22. The line was so long and the other employees were rude to me during ordering, until the man with the glasses took over. The man making my drink talked me into trying oatmilk for the first time and i love it now. It was so delicious. I gave 4 star only because he very happy to make my drink. I was so grateful.
It was a pleasant experience! I didn't get names but Sept 21st around 8am! There were 2 workers and probably the nicest workers I've ran into at this location!! He took orders and came to help the young gal when he was done! I just wanted to say thank you for being so kind so early in the morning!!
