A Literary Lady “A Literary Lady”

I ordered a small, non-milk mocha latte. I received a grand mocha with 2% milk. I am allergic to milk, so when I took a sip, I knew something was wrong when I started feeling ill. The person did not hear a word I said and placed the wrong drink order. She was too busy having an attitude. Starbucks will be hearing from a legal team.⁰

Very nice service here! The line & wait were very long however but the order was accurate which is all that matters! Great tasting beverages at this location. Loved the mocha coffee!

17 min wait for incorrect order. Employees really didn't seem to be interested in their jobs.

Service and wait time was fine. However, there was a back room where a cluster of employees were hanging out and talking very loudly. The language coming from that room which everyone in line could hear was awful, really foul. I had to laugh because I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Some of the colleagues ar the counter were even surprised. Unbelievable, I wrote a few of those nuggets down.

Worst customer service and constantly getting orders wrong. They have made every order I have placed here wrong and all I order is cold brews and tea. When you ask to fix it, the whole staff gives you and attitude. I ordered a trenta and my "fixed drink" they gave me was a grande. Bi literally never leave reviews but after 5-6 messed up orders and a ton ofoney wasted I had to.

We used several of The Cleveland Clinic locations . Most buildings have one. The staff was polite and although a few times they were really busy. The got our orders in a timely fashion. Everything was consistently good especially the hot ham and cheese ( my personal favorite) the blueberry scones were also quite tasty.
