I just went in this store and had the best service by the sweetest barista Josiah!! My drinks were perfect and he was super friendly… unfortunately while we were talking his manager (name started with an S) shorter dirty looking lady walks up and rudly interrupted us and scolded him for not marking cups. This young man respectfully apologized to her and seemed so uncomfortable. I pulled her aside and told her it’s a holiday she shouldn’t be so mean to her employees in front of customers and wished her a happy Thanksgiving she proceeded to scream at me she hopes I have the worst Thanksgiving ever. 0 stars for her 5 for him

I’ve never laughed out loud at the window because Shaun is hilarious! He instantly brightened my day just by his demeanor. If I could vote for Shaun as president I would!!! Great coffee and amazing customer service.

One or two good employees, but the majority here are rude, slow, and just don’t take their job serious enough. I travel all over the country for work, and I’ve been to Starbucks almost everywhere. This is, without a doubt, the slowest one. I shouldn’t be sitting at the drive thru window for well over 10 minutes for one iced espresso, when I’m in and out in under 3 everywhere else. And my drink is wrong half of the time. Someone from upper management needs to grab ahold of this branch and find out why spending time on a phone is more important than a customer waiting at the window with a line of cars behind. Do better, Starbucks.

If I could give this location zero stars I would!!!
The employees at this store are so ignorant. It’s not even a specific shift either. It’s all of the time. Rudeness, attitude, you don’t get greeted when you walk in or sitting at the drive-through waiting for your drink. They also will literally argue with you if your drink is made wrong.
If I’m paying $7 for my latte I’d like it made correctly.

I am a big SBUX fan nationally - but this location is very slow. I come here 2-3x a week, and the speed is that of a turtle walking through tar.

You order mobile 15 minutes in advance, and you often wait another 15 minutes when you get there.

No approachable staff in this location there would they treat you like a thief they have no manners. I guess that they forgot to drink their coffee. Well even though I show up just to do a deliver. I’m a customer you treat me like this. You deserve one star only you have a great day

The manager shanai or how ever you say it was very rude and challenged us to call corporate. Marco was also very disrespectfully at the drive thru.
They also had no toilet paper in the bathroom

Customer Services was the WORSE i waited for 16-20Minutes For One Drink While I seen how other customers who Placed their orders after me when I asked the employee why she had a whole attitude and said the girl behind me is making it and she wasn’t she was making another customers drink. I’ve Never Experienced This At A Starbucks Location Especially if it’s not busy which in this case it wasn’t busy.
