Does not have a drive through like website and google said
Ordered an iced matcha latte with no ice... And she makes my drink entirely of no ice... And gave me a cup with 20% foam even though my online order said no foam then doesn't want to add the oat milk to my drink bc "that's how it's made" she didn't even make my drink correctly.. and since when is foam considered beverage... So I told the girl no and had to compare the foam to a beer drink which I shouldn't have to do. I wouldn't have ordered a venti to get a grande in beverage liquid. Your night crew needs retrained... And the woman needs to learn how to speak nicely to a customer that pays when she's getting the check not the customer.
Parking: No parking at all only come if you are already in the main campus of the Cleveland clinic.

Recently, I've been spending a significant amount of time at the main campus due to my health needs, so this stop here at SB has become part of my self-care routine. It’s always busy, employees are usually always hustling, but despite the stress they’re always pleasant and I’m grateful for that.However, a reminder to all how it can be a bit challenging for everyone regardless of employment or patronage when dealing with individuals who notoriously order “that 2XL strawberry drink” and insists on “each strawberry piece being removed by hand,” causing for unnecessary delays. Dietary requirements vary and should not be confused with being unreasonable.Let's all remember to contribute positively to the overall atmosphere and benefit to everyone.

Ran out of fingers counting how many times I’ve waited 30+ minutes for a black coffee.
Very busy place but don’t dare ask a question. Yesterday I asked the cashier, who was idle at the moment, if they have something, and the overweight female manager scolded her for talking to me and said I can ask her the question. The manager turned around and ignored me. The cashier even said the gentleman is standing right here, and still the manager ignored a 2 second question. Cashier was sweet and great, manager was awful. I feel bad with those that work with her. Today I witnessed someone actually get the manager’s attention to ask a question, and before he could ask it, the manager rudely told him they are behind and they’ll have to wait. He was left standing there as she turned around and walked away. She needs not to be in retail and work by herself.

I have been working as a contractor at the Cleveland Clinic's Crile building since January of this year. This Starbucks is the busiest one I have been to! Despite that, your crew there is amazing! I have gone from being the "Venti, No Whip Mocha" guy to being greeted by name every morning! Carina, Gabby, Mimi and Charina all greet their customers with a smile and a good morning, no matter how overworked and tired they may be! I rarely go in the afternoons, but When I did Kevin showed the same great customer service! I hope to return soon, but work calls me elsewhere! To everyone else whose name I forgot(and those I mis-spelled) please forgive me, I WILL miss all of you!Lee,The Venti No Whip Mocha Guy!

Ordered coffee at 730 thru mobile app. 35 minutes later I still did not have a simple tall pikes. Woman handing them out tucked some drinks under her arm to carry more. Pretty disgusting. Could not cancel my order. Had to leave
